Shoulda thrown the challenge to see if Frosti was the one that got booted. That was my only chance. He'll have too much time to fix things. I think he knows Austin is a fake. 'the cat is no longer seen in the sack.' Smart man! Way to go Frosti! |

Frosti and Matty are so buddy buddy with the other tribe. I hope our tribe sees that. If not, I'll be sure to point it out. |

Ok.... Turn up the heat. Really, Ami and Lydia are going to make fun of Germany and Germans? You pull the SS out? Maybe they haven't seen enough Austin yet. Perhaps a message to my tribe about not being right for this game is in order. Figure out how to phrase it. It does kind of bother me though. Maybe I'm just sensitive for Austin. Or maybe I am just really lucky that everyone on Koblenz is so understanding and nice. And no one over here has treated me like a tool. Makes you wonder how people treat strangers outside this game. Ami and Lydia probably laugh at them after they walk away. Even Frosti almost pulled out an Austin quote last night. That's why I think he's onto me. |

By the way.... That German sentence says.... Basically.... Why do the English always make fun of Germans? Maybe I'll just let them translate that. Then come to me or boot me out. Gotta start being unlikable somehow. Totally opposite to Frosti and Matty who are play a very friendly social game. |

Wow.... Lydia's response, now matter where you are from, is quite offensive.... Because they are funny, have a strange hair in your face and have a tendency to burn people Too far, Lydia. Too far. No matter where we live. Oklahoma or Munich or Australia. We all share the planet. Mistakes and transgressions should be forgiven so we can progress as a global culture. Sure the wrong that was done was inexcusable. But it is not a reflection on the people who live there today. |

OK - the strategy of the day.... Keep forwarding people messages. I want people to think that Austin has no idea how to play this game. He is socially inept. Strategically worthless. Just talks a lot. Need them to think that I am running scared that I am the one everyone wants out. Because I am weird. I gave Frosti just what he needs (in case Danielle told him) - that I voted for him in a prevote. But I told him it was to save my own skin. If I can just get him and Matty to push a little too hard, while I appear to be hanging back. That can get me where I want. I pull the strings and get others to overreact... I have no idea if it will work. This is a team of very savvy players. All capable of winning this game. But the three lovely ladies, matty and Frosti are the best - and I think they are two separate factions. Though Matty was on a LOOOOOONNNNGGGGG time with Kim yesterday. There may be some bridges forming. And that will get Austin booted faster than anything. I have my exit speech ready. If they boot me - they are ABSOLUTELY DOING THE RIGHT THING! And I hope that by playing like Borat - I am not in some way as callous and unfeeling as Lydia's comment about putting people in ovens. 'I'm a good girl, I am...' (At least in real life) But that begs a question - she was AWFULLY quick to speak in German.... And did it better than I can. I've been wondering if we have any Europeans in the game like last time. And even moreso - any Deutschlanders. That will be the end of me, if there are. |

I've been doing some character study on Germany - and I am fortunate enough to work with a gentleman from Sweden. Just working to make sure I play as real as I can. And Clas continues to provide great advice in playng this character. It is true that, in general, the German work ethic is very focused and serious. Very precise. Like when you think of their cars, Porsche, BMW, Audi, Volkswagon, etc. These are probably the best cars available. Not that they don't have fun - but playing 100% serious all the time seems to be the right thing to do. And it comes across perhaps, as someone you don't want to hang around.... maybe. It is interesting - i told him today about the 'burning people' comment - and he said all across Europe - 54 countries - there still is a feeling that other European countries feel the Germans have a 'we are better than you' mentality. He even said that in Europe the largest group of skinheads is not in England as we are led to believe, but actually, they are in Germany. Not really important to the game other than establishing why I feel I have to play everything very seriously. But interesting, none-the-less. |

All over the place here today. Gotta admit, Lydias comments really did bother me. I'm going to start talking with Frosti. See what he has on the table. I have a feeling the others are starting to share Austin stories. Good thing I haven't been keeping secrets. I tell them exactly what I did. Ask if they understand and can forgive me.... Don't know if it's working though.... In general, Austin will tell anyone what they want to hear. I'm gonna back off messaging for a while. Let some rumors swirl and see what happens. I think I have pushed the handholding of Austin to the limit. Need to give it a rest and work some other angles. As I think Frosti has figured out my game, I have to spend some quality time with him. Who knows what will come of it. And after tomorrow night..... Who I'll need at my side. No enemies yet. But since Austin keeps no secrets.... Who doesn't want to keep him around? Even if he is as annoying and high-maintenance as can be.... |

Alright..... Midnight in Munich.... Going all lovey-dovey nice for a bit. And On to something for tomorrow that positions me as a team player for the tribe. I just hope they do choose me to sit out.... Its either a blessing or a curse for what you have planned tomorrow... Guess will see who the tribe chooses and what happens.... But this is a weird time for a twist.... So it's either a good thing, or an announcement of some undisclosed rule for the season..... Austin is, 'as eager as a woodchuck.' |
