5 to 6 is fair to middling good; I try to keep mine (with Hypoglycaemia) at around that point as well. |

Hell's Bell's Ashley... 18 is nothing. Mine has been known to hover around 24 for days at a time if I'm not careful balancing my carbs and starches. I've been good for the last little while... real good; but, just the same I do have to watch my fluids intake verses output, with the a ratio of 2:4 being preferable, keeping the fluids off my lungs and making breathing almost bearable.
