I am glad that you let us know how things are going Pat? It is such a long way to where you live and that is the bad part about having internet friends. I am lucky that I am still young and healthy as I don't think I would want arthritis. My poor Uncle has it and he suffers really bad in Winter but I think he would be much worse off if he were in the area you live? At least our winters don't go below 0c mostly. :) I will say a prayer for you my friend and hope that G-d will make things easier for you. Shalom |

Good hearing from you Pat. Enjoy your recipes and just hearing about how things are going for you. Stay in touch even if just a few words of hello and what not please. |

A tad breezy in here; in fact it could be called down right chilly. |

That's sad. Winter time is on it's way here and it will be a tad chilly here then. It is supposedly Autumn (fall for you guys) but the temps are still in the middle to high 20's. The roses are starting to de-leaf and will soon be great for cutting. :) |

Not in this incarnation; but, in prior homes we always had a few rose bushes, some lilac, rhododendron, bougainvillea, daffodils, portulaca, tomato, scarlet runner, lemon, lime, pear, plum, several varieties of grapes and assorted other veggies and fruits; and of course a golf-course grade putting green. |

Sounds like a load of fun. :) We just have the roses out the front and marigolds in the back yard. :) |
