There are many stories in the wizarding world. Probably the biggest is that of Harry James Potter, the boy who lived and conquered the dark lord.

However, Harry's story was not the only central one happening. Whilst he and his friends were struggling year after year, other students experienced their own problems and triumphs. Each student is unique, they all have their past, present and future.

It's time to take a turn in the magical world that wasn't in the original books.

When asked if Aunt Petunia was a squib JK Rowling said no... but that's a very good guess. I have a theory that she was kicked out of Hogwarts and that's why she hates wizards so much and why she's so bitter... maybe she blames Lilly.

I think I have heard this before.
Personally, I think she was jealous of her sister. Lilly was smart, pretty, had friends and could do magic. She was more accepted into their family and had more attention drawn to her.

Also, J.K Rowling said that somebody will do magic late in life in book 7, so I'm guessing it to be one of the Dursleys.

Since Dudley and Petunia were ruled out, I think it would be Vernon or Mrs. Figg. Dudley's not a possible choice because he's still young while Petunia - JK Rowling had stated that Petunia is not a Squib nor a witch. Hmm, though I'm not quite sure about that.

Ah!
I keep forgetting about all the interviews, I usually just hear them from others to be honest.
Well I know that some people think Filch will perform magic, but I somehow doubt it.

It could be Dudley though, I mean wizards/witches usually do magic early in life, like Voldemort and Harry did.

I think it could be Filtch or Hagrid... I'd like it to be one of them. Taking into account what JK has said about Petunia and Duders I doubt it will be one of the Dursley.

Well, Hagrid could do magic. He attended Hogwarts for about 3 years, right? he's just not allowed because of the whole Chamber of Secrets scandal.

Filch? I'd like to know the first thing he'd do if he could perform magic. Maybe he's Quikspell(was that what it was called?) course did pay off.

Uh, the Dursleys, Filch and Mrs Figg are the only non-magic characters in the book, aren't they? Except the centaurs and giants.

Yeah, Hagrid can do magic, he still can. His wand just got destroyed but I think (not 100% sure) that Dumbledore recovered his core and put it into that umbrella.

Also I'm pretty sure one of the Dursleys will do magic, Mrs Figg doesn't have a big enough part. I'm also not sure on what Filch would do if he could perform magic.

Yeah, the core is in his pink umbrella though I'm not sure if it was Dumbledore who recovered it.

I sure hope it would be from the Dursleys, maybe that would change their view of magic. ^_^ Mrs Figg is just too old, I think. She wouldn't be of much help even if she could do magic because she needs to learn first.

Well yeah, I realise he still has the core and can perform basic spells but I'm talking about proper magic.
