The drop party is over, and it was GREAT, sorry that Will, Blah and MCI missed it, I picked up some stuff, if I had more I'd share this is what I got:

Trout
Emerald (Cut)
Pure Essense
Raw rat meat
Black sq shield

They also dropped scimmies and ammies (mostly of strength), and a phat (partyhat), I almost got it too! :) Well it was fun and the train line was lead by Shasta Sms, and I was right behind her! :D The "Mod Attack" in Varrock and Falador was funny. We also acted like Zezima was there. (well mostly the mods and one impersonator)

~Hope you guys don't miss the next one.

Actually, no i don't, using my G Maul (which is retiring soon) and the Excaliber Combo, I'm able to stay alive alot longer during C Wars (making my defense 63). Plus, during combat outside I usually fight only giants (near Ardougne and the Edgeville Dungeon). Plus, its better than nothing. :)

NOTICE!: This is an update from RS, if you're too lazy to go to it now, I have copied it just for you. Enjoy.

Player Owned Houses

This week sees the release of our biggest and most anticipated update this year: player-owned houses. No longer must RuneScape members wander the world endlessly, never being able to sit down or have a place to call their own. Members can build their houses and make furniture using the new Construction skill. Start by building a cottage with a few chairs around a fire, and add rooms and gain levels until you have your own palace. Some pieces of furniture will unlock new abilities, magic spell tablets, and even chairs you can sit down in.

That is only a paragraph from it. To read more, go to RS yourself. Enjoy Carpentry my fellow HoA/RS Players.

Yes, I have built myself a kitchen and now have level 5 Construction. I don't know if F2P players can view houses. But mine is rather poor-looking. (Lol) But, its a start. I have 3 chairs and I'm working on the fireplace. Wish me luck. :)

Ok, I got my Cons. Skill up some. I have figured out that you can have a dungeon which you can place monsters (and a prize at the end). So, if we get ours high enough we can have tournaments using that (I will), when I put in a prize I will post here that I started a tournament. Anyone can join (Members) but I'm trying to make it friends only.... The prizes will be random so y'never know what you can get.

Ok, another monthly update for those too lazy to read at the RS Homepage, more prizes and a new quest! (See RS Updates for more info)

RS Update

This month, the Warriors' Guild finally appears just on the outskirts of Burthorpe. It’s taken a while to get the ideas right, but with various different minigames to play, earning you time in a rewarding training room at the top, we are sure it’s worth the wait. Try out the shot putt, animate suits of armour, smash training dummies in a kind of “whack-a-mole” setting, even try beating a drunken guard at a very odd balancing game. Keep a look out for a rather nice new blade too.

We are also adding new rewards to Pest Control. Players will now be able to spend their points on new Void Knight armour and a brand new Guthixian mace with various autocast options. The generous Void Knights will also exchange your points to buy packs of minerals, seeds and herbs. Players keen to save up all their points will also be able to cash in larger stacks of points for more generous XP rewards. We are also updating the interface for Pest Control, showing you more information such as remaining time, the damage taken by the Void Knight and the number of portals closed.

Plain or Ancient Magick?

(This question is mostly for MCI, and Will, if he's completed Desert Treasure)

Which do you perfer Ancient or Plain? I see advantages for both and some disadvatnages for both. I have all the stats (cept Thieving) that I'll need for the quest and slowly completing the other quests that are required. I'd like to know if I should stay with my regular magic or move on to Ancient.

It depends on what you want to do. If you're training, definatly use plain magic. It gives better xp per rune than ancient magic. If you're doing castle wars (or other kinds of multiplayer combat), ancient magic rules. But, it takes a huge amount of runes, so it can be rather expensive.

Sadly, I haven't done the quest, so I can't speak from experiance. But I have reaserched it some (like everything else in the game).

Well, I plan to use it for C Wars and the Wild and maybe Pest Control. I just wanted to know if its too expensive and how many runes I'll need to make it worthwhile. I too have researched it but I'd like another player's opinion, not just the guide's info.

Plus, I want to know if I'm strong enough to complete it. I saw a level 54 Dude (level 84 Magic) in C wars have it.
