Welcome who few of you who are indeed left to the depths of hell, where we(myself and General) will be cleaning up the place a bit. And what i mean by this is getting rid of unneeded things, demoting people (don't worry if anyone with power ever comes back and wants the power back I'll probably be happy to return it just pm me if so). And well generally making the place nicer. (more details later)

I General hereby officially Resign as Admin of this forum, and this time I mean it. I'm done with people forever questioning my actions every time I do anything.

What's worse is certain people feel the need to undermine my authority and undo changes I have made, Would it kill them to tell me they think I've made a mistake and allow me to correct it?

Being a leader means responsibility, but it also means knowing when to cut your losses and move on. Which is what I'm doing, If people are dissatisfied with the way I've been doing things then it's my responsibility to give them what they want.

Therefore my decision to resign is final, actually I've been contemplating doing this again for some time. I'm going to be upgrading my education soon so I really won't have much time for this place anyway.

That's all I wanted to say, this is my final duty to the people after this I serve you no more.

As some of you have already pointed out, yes I have done things i'm no longer proud of. I have abused my posistion as Admin on more than one occasion, I have made personal attacks on specific members.

True I have gotten away with it, but this needs to stop. I General admit to everything i'm accused of doing, and will hereby accept my punishment.

I also wish to officially apologize to Rinoa, I was completely out of line. I accused you of cheating, with no basis or legitimate reason for doing so. It won't happen again, I won't allow it.

I also apologize to each and everyone else, I don't deserve to represent the board as one of it's Admins.

Okay, i finally found out what the width issue was and i fixed it, it should be close to the size of the other skin now, if not tell me and i'll try to re-fix it. I am sorry it took me this long i apologize.

I just came across one of our Admins threatening to issue a suspension from the board to Rinoa over the game 'ASG Staff Hurt And Heal' I mentioned that seeing as it was a simple mistake it should not have dire concequences when a post can be simply edited and she did not swear at an admin, member or anything else, just a simple mistake.

It's two incidents over stuff that didn't even have to arise, from the same admin, he threatens to warn members over small little things when he can simple just say that thye made a mistake and the person who made the mistake can just quickly fix it up.

I believe we should have a several more rules, ones that actually apply to admins and not ordinary members.

Get a percentage of Admins/Super Moderators Opinion To Do Something If It Seems Foolish Or Powerhungry

All Admins should discuss the matter beforehand unless the matter is directly breaking one of the forum rules such as no swearing at members, posting pornographic content. etc.

Admins should not make threats of suspsnesion, warnings or expulsions on the board over small instances that are easily fixable or are not such a big deal.
