Blah it got a slight bit screwed up in the middle.![]() ^The line came from when I merged layers 3 and 4 it created a bad problem i could not fix. |

Umm in photoshop when you use the brush tools. I used various different brushes, all sorts of types like abstract, grunge, and tradition airbrushing techniques to try to create an icy effect. |
