(( OOC: This RP takes place in a city, currently at night time. In this city, there are many poor people living on the streets and vandalism of property. My character is currently walking down the streets )) Sarena walks slowly through the dark city as she sees beggars along the side of the street. It's normal to her, so she passes by as if they weren't even there, while she looks up at the sky. She notices clouds move slowly around the moon as she mumbles, "Looks like it's a full moon." She shrugs, then looks to her right, to see the window of a pub. She looks through the foggy window to spot the usual bartender and people sitting around tables playing cards. Sarena walks over to the door, and places her right hand on the door knob. She begins to turn the knob when she hears a sudden rustle in the bushes beside the pub. She looks sharply over there, and sees nothing. She sighs with relief, and opens the door slowly. Once she steps her left foot into the pub, she hears the rustle again. Sarena shakes her head, repeatedly thinking to herself, This is just my imagination, no one's there! but she still peaks out of the door to check. Again, Sarena sees nothing, and tries to stop worrying herself. She walks into the pub, closing the door behind her. She walks over to the counter and looks at the bartender in the eyes. He looks directly at her as she knows it. Sarena slowly turns around, and notices that his focus was currently not on Sarena, but on the person who stood in the doorway. |

Sarena nods to Lone as she notices that he is speaking to her. "Oh, hey. I'm Sarena, nice to meet you." she says in a polite tone of voice. She hears the bartender give off a small laugh, but ignores it. She decides to properly greet herself. Sarena slowly stands up from her seat and bows her head. "Are you from around here?" she asks in a passionate tone. She then picks her head up and smiles gracefully, sitting back down. |

Sarena shows a small smile on her face. "Thanks." she says, as the bartender hands her a drink. He also hands Lone a drink, and walks away from both of them. Sarena nods gently, "I've been stuck here for two years, I wish I could get out of here. Do you like this city, or why are you living here too, if it's so run down and all?" she replies looking at Lone. She takes a sip of her drink then gently scratches her head. |

Sarena nods gently as she sips at her water, then places it back down on the table. She looks up at him and says, "I'd love to help you, the only thing is, that I can't leave this place. I'd love to leave here too, but I can't." Sarena looked down at the table and sighed. "I'm sure you're wondering exactly why," she said smirking, "well, I'll tell you my story then." she cleared her throat. "I used to be a traveler who stayed at inns along her journey. I traveled with my companion, Mia, and we traveled for about.. I'd say 5 years together. She and I were very close friends, and rivals at the same time. I trained under martial arts while she trained under magic. We would always compete against eachother and spar in our freetime to test our strength." Sarena sipped her water once more, looking up at Lone. "When we came to a town near here, Milicre, we stayed at their inn. The next morning, we went outside to see the pub on fire, and people still inside. Mia and I went together in there to save the people. I got out safely with a few scars from fire, while Mia's left arm was crushed by a burning piece of wood. Luckliy, she performed Watera to make the fire go out, but it was badly injured. I rescued her out of there, while we continued on with her hurt arm." She shook her head. "That was our big mistake. If we would've stayed at that inn, everything would've been okay. We ran into some wolves, and fought them of course. One of the wolves bit into her right arm, leaving her defenceless, while I was fighting off five other wolves. Mia shoted for help, while I could barely defend myself. I tried to go save her, but was thrown to the ground by a wolf. I felt horrible, while she was taken off with the wolves. I was so determined to find her, that with all my wounds, I searched for her. I eventually ran out of energy and became unconscious." Sarena let out a long sigh, as she gulped her water. "When I woke up, I was in some sort of room that looked like an abandoned prison, but the room was locked. My wounds were treated, and I felt full of energy. I got up and went over to the cell's door. Eventually some man who was dressed in all black, whereing a mask, came to the door and told me that he treated my wounds. I thanked him and asked if he'd seen anyone captured by wolves. When I said that, he looked like he'd seen a ghost and said that I must be evil. He ran off, and came back with a woman dressed in black by his side." Sarena crossed her arms, placing them on the table, and her chin resting ontop. "The woman told me that I must be some sort of demon, and said that I would have to work to get free. So for a year, I worked around their house, which was underground, until 2 months ago. That's when they said that I owed them money for living in their home, and I could work off that debt in 5 months. So far it has been 2 months, so I've only got 3 more months. They let me leave the house to get a job, while my only job is to patrol the city during the day. I thought it'd be best for me, since I can fight well if there's trouble. The problem is, when I face someone with a gun to my head by surprise attack." Sarena yawned, then looked up at him. "I patrol everyday from 1pm-9pm. I get paid 80 gil a day, so I'm satisfied. The people in black say it's minimum I can give, so it's good enough. Sorry if I bored you. If you see me again in 3 months, I'm sure I'd help you out in finding your friend. Then maybe I could find Mia, as long as the wolves didn't kill her. Sorry I can't help you much now." Sarena coughed, then drank her water. She set it back down on the table and looked at Lone. "So what's your friend's name, and how about you tell me about your past. I'd love to hear it." she said smiling. |

"Well her name is angel, and we are good friends, less than 3 years ago she was captured by a rogue group, and i have been travelling after them ever since, when i ran up on this place like 4 months ago, i think i know where they are, but i can't seem to pinpoint there location, oh, and as for the money you owe." lone pulls out a bag. " here take this 300,000 gill, this should be enough to cover your debt, if not i can pay it off anyway." lone hands her the money. |

Sarena blinks looking at him and the money. "Certainly I couldn't take your money. Besides, they don't want the money, they just want me to work. I can tell that. But thank you. I can always talk to them about it tomorrow to see if you could, but I doubt it." she said. Sarena sipped at her water, then smiled at him. "I would definately help you out if you could do that for me. I'll be sure to ask them." she said. "And about your friend Angel, and the Rogue Team, who are they?" she asked. Sarena looked up at the clock. "Hm, 2am, I've got until 5, how about you?" she said quietly. |

Sarena nods slowly. "Thanks, but I doubt they can be defeated that easily. I refused to let them treat me that way at first, and I fought back. When I did, it only caused myself pain. That was them together. I didn't dare challenge them anymore. I don't want you to get caught by them or attacked by them because of me. Maybe if Mia was here, and you, then the three of us might be able to win. Just the two of us might be risky. If it's only two more months, it can't really be that bad. I mean, I've already survived 14 months with them, but I guess it's worth a try." she says. Sarena suddenly sat up, looking at him with a frightful look in her eyes. She looked then from right to left, then shook her head. "The U-Tic... right." she muttered to herself. Then she calmed, and smiled at Lone. |

There is no answer, but Sarena steps behind him. "Lone, how did you know I was staying here?" she asked, opening the door. She walks in the doorway, looking back at him. "I don't have much of a house, it's just an abandoned old place where I stay. If you're looking for the house I used to stay at, you won't find it, and don't worry about a thing, I can take care of it tomorrow! Just go off to bed, it's getting late," she says smiling. Sarena walks into the abandoned house, and sits on a torn up couch. She places her head on a pillow that had stitches all over it. She lies down, looking over at Lone. "I'm getting to bed, so you can either stay here, or rest at your own place for the night. Just meet me here tomorrow morning, around 9am, I'll be up by then. I'll explain our plans then." she says, closing her eyes. "Good night." she says, giving him a signal to stay inside or leave. |

Sarena wakes up once it's 8:30am. She notices Lone beside her on the couch, sitting up, yet sleeping. She smiles, and gets off of the couch quietly. She sneaks out the cracked window, making sure not to make the creaky door wake Lone. Once outside, she runs to a nearby bush. She types in some codes, as a door opens below her. She opens it, as it closes up and lockes behind her. Once she lands on the ground, she hears screaming. A girl with long black hair that flowed down until her waist appeared. She wore a cloak that was completely black, while the bottom was soaking wet. She stood looking at Sarena. "What do you want?" she asked. "Um, I was wondering if I could pay off my debt---" Sarena began. "No! You're paying it off right away, so go work!" the cloaked woman screamed. "What's going on in there Sera!?" a voice down the hall screamed. "N-nothing!" she called back. "I'm sorry if I'm interrupting, but I really wanted to leave you alone forever. I wanted to pay it off with money that I didn't earn with the job I'm currently working at..." Sarena explained. "I will not let you steal money just to get free. No, YOU must earn it from your job!" Sera whispered loudly. "I met an old friend who said he'd pay it off for me, can he?" Sarena asked, eyeing her. "NO! I said it comes from you, no one else!" Sera says. "I guess that leaves me with... some sparring." Sarena smirks. "Not now, I'm busy. Hurry, before he finds you!" Sera says. Sarena sighs, looking at her. "Fine, I guess we could always do some sparring. Just don't make it too loud. And this guy, any relationships with him...?" Sera asks plainly. "W-what!? No way, we don't know eachother that good!" Sarena says blinking furiously. "Settle down, I was just kidding. You didn't let him know... Our secret about sparring, did you?" Sera asks. "Nope, he thinks we fight for real, and hate eachother to death." Sarena says smiling. "Good, no one can know, come on, follow me." Sera says, walking down the hall. They arrive in an empty room that looks like an arena. "Ready?" Sera asks. "Whenever you are." Sarena replies. |

Lone pretending to be asleep jumps up and runs after her, entering the door before it seals, he runs to where they are at. "So, this is where you guys are" lone says while he pops his nuckles. |

Sarena and Sera look over to the door, where Lone stands. "L-Lone!?" Sarena exclaims in shock. "Who is this..?" Sera asks. "That guy I was telling you about," Sarena whispers, so Lone can't hear. Sera nods, and stands in front of Sarena. "Sarena is not using your money to pay off her debt. It won't be hers if I let her use that." Sera says. Sarena looks at Lone, then to the ground. "Stand by and watch. I'm going to 'punish' Sarena for thinking that way, and do a little fight. You cannot meddle in with others' affairs, boy." Sera says. "Sera-" Sarena is stopped by a man in a black cloak jumping down from the ceiling. "So Sera, you thought you could take care of this matter all by yourself? I think not." he says. "Kaizo, you can fight the boy, while I 'punish' Sarena." Sera says smirking. Kaizo sighs, yet nods. He walks in front of Lone. "You'll be punished for trying to get Sarena away from us." he says, "you won't live to see the outside again." Kaizo gets in a stance that a martial artist would before a battle, with his legs spread out and arms raised and elbows bent. Sera and Sarena also jump away from one another, staring at eachother straight in the eyes. "Kaizo, don't make him have too painful of a death." Sera says, not looking away from Sarena. "Yeah, yeah," Kaizo says smirking at Lone. (( OOC: Kaizo and Sera are NPCs, so you can rp as them too. )) |

Lone stares at Kaizo. "You know, i didn't want to to come to this" Kaizo smiles at lone. "Don't worry you won't feel much pain." Lone sighs. "Have your way then" Lone draws one of his 4 swords. "Lightining strike" lone calls out as bolts of electricity shoot out from his blade and strike kaizo paralizing him. Kaizo lays on the ground breathing heavily. "What are you, some kind of monster?" Lone smiles. "No, just one of the warriors of the south." Kaizo's eyes go wide..."Your one of the legendary warriors of the south, that explains it, Sera i can't beat him, and i am afraid nethier can you." Lone turns to sera. "You know i wasn't giving her the money, she was coming with me, and helping as a payment, but since you fools were to ignorant to see that i guess i have no choice." Lone pulls out a handfull of daggers. |

Sarena jumps out in front of Sera and Kaizo. "Lone, please! You can't kill them. I didn't want you to go this far. I underestimated you..." Sarena says, looking at the ground. "What? Why is this prisoner trying to rescue us..?" Kaizo asks, sitting up. "Kaizo, don't move, you'll only hurt yourself more. Sarena.. *whisper* she *whisper*.. so.." Sera whispered to Kaizo. "What!? Y-you.." Kaizo was in shock. "Sarena, I guess it's about time you went off on your own, good luck." Sera says. "Wh-what!? Good luck? You can't even stop me? You're pathetic. It's not like I'm never coming back, I'll pay off my debt after I find my friend, and Lone's friend. I'll pay it off eventually, don't you two worry." Sarena says calmly. "Alright, come back in one piece, I want to spar with you another time, so don't get too weak!" Sera says. "Yeah, yeah, I'm off. Come on Lone." Sarena says. She walks passed Lone, out the door. She waits outside the door, and leans on the wall, listening for Lone having any conversations with Sera or Kaizo. |

Lone waits till she l;eaves the room to continue talking. "So, it is nice to see you 2 again.... it's been years since i saw you both...sorry for the trouble." Naizo and sera say, "It's no prob lone, just take care of her for us." Lone walks out to where sarena is. "Ready to go?" |
