God of War II is another violent and highly entertaining achievement for the action adventure genre, and it's a fitting closeout to the PlayStation 2 era. Cover:

I must say that as a fan of mythology, especially greek and roman mythology I found the story to be quite entertaining, even if it didn't exactly stay true to mainstream greek/roman mythology.

I mean, Gears of War is kinda short but it's still amazing. Yep I know, look at Shadow of the Colossus. 8 hours tops, but it's amazing. I just tend to like longer games, that's all. I'm slowly but surely coming out of my RPG-only gaming lifestyle, because there just aren't a lot of good RPGs out there anymore... Anyway, my brother kind of left God of War and God of War II at my sister's house along with a couple of other games. So I guess I should work on beating them. I played the first one a bit, but with my niece and nephew around, it's hard to play anything that's gory or could be considered 'scary'. My nephew gets freaked out easily, my niece would ask too many questions, and my sister would yell at me. At least I didn't lose that memory card. I think I would die if I lost anything related to my PS2. It's my constant, you see. LOST reference Edited by Rinoa, Jun 12 2008, 12:09 PM.

I haven't played 2 yet but that scene in the first one where your in kratos ship, is a bit boobalicous.
