I recently got this game as well, after i've played it i'll give ya'll my opinion on it. EDIT: I've played it and it's alot like the original FFT, but this one has Montblanc in it and he's your ally, i love having moogles as allies. |

Um... I still don't like the game, I don't wanna destroy square, they did create better final fantasy games after all. I guess I over-exxagerated. |

The way you said it before, you sounded just like Rinoa word for word. In fact i found an old post of hers where she says something very similar to what you said. And why exactly don't you like this game?, please elaborate? |

Yes but that wasn't about this game. ![]() This game is okay I guess. I haven't beaten it but from what I played it made me rather bored, and not amused at the self-promotion ('I'd want to be in a Final Fantasy game' or something). I'll probably play it and beat it if I get bored enough. |

Impersonating someone is a punishable offense, and won't be tolerated. But since i'm certian he didn't mean to 'sound' like you, i'll let him off with a warning. There's one thing about this game the drives me mad and it's the fact that the rules of engagement change as each game day passes and if you're not careful you could wind up in battle with very unfavorable rules and if you don't have an anti-law to get rid of them then you're royally screwed. |

...Here goes, I wasn't 'impersonating' Rinoa, I didn't even know she had made a post like that. I don't like the game because of several reasons, the first being the battle system, the laws and how you travel. I can't really give it out heaps detailed why I don't like it as I haven't played it for a while. |

Well at least you gave a reason this time instead of making it seem like you'd never even played the game before. |

That's kind of unnecessary...No reason to be mean or cranky about it. |

The whole point of this thread is to discuss the game. And by not giving a legitimate reason as to why he does not like it, he wasn't discussing it very much. But he gave a reason in the end, enough said, and if you don't like it then you're free to choose not to view or post in this topic. After all no one's forcing you to. Back on topic i think i'm beginning to get the hang of this game, i make sure to check the laws beforehand to predict what they'll be even before i head into battle. Jaghs are great because there's no judge or laws, however if you leave any allies dead on the field and win the battle they'll be gone for good. So if you're going to fight in an Jagh area, i'd save the game first just to be safe. All in all this game is alright, but i still say the original Final Fantasy Tactics for PS1 is better. |
