Queensr˙che were one of the first progressive metal bands, appearing in 1981, followed by Dream Theater, appearing in 1985 (but not releasing an album until 1989). |

It's a metal band from PHX. They started out as a mock metal band (God What Awful Racket, I think their name stands for) and then they turned into a real band... |

Yes and Genesis. My friend is trying or tried to get me into the whole progressive rock scene. All I got to say about bands is that if you can somehow link them to The Beatles they automaticly are close to awesome, except you Oasis get your own sound. So yeah, Yes and Genesis. Nice choices. Reaaaaaal nice. |

I hate most rap/hip hop (I can't tell the difference, either), the only rap groups I like are N.W.A. (F*** The Police is my favorite rap song ever), and Lady Sovereign (say what u want about her but I think she's hot- it might just be her British accent, though). |
