I got this the other day as well, i've heard it's pretty good. It'll be a perfect way to pass the time while riding the bus to my hometown.

I have it, but I haven't played it much.

Actually, it's been quite a while since I've played any of my GBA games...

I've got the ROM of it, but I've barely played it at all.

My cartridge is still in the box, hasn't been opened yet. I found playing FF VI Advance on even a GBA SP isn't easy cuz i'm used to it being a full screen game, and on that little screen it's kinda hard to read stuff. Luckiliy for me i have the Gameboy player , which let's me play it on my TV using the game cube. But using the GBA SP to play this game should be fine, after all pokemon games were meant to be played on tiny screens. Where as with FFVI, they took a full screen game and scaled it down to fit the tiny screen.

This game is rather impressive it's like they took the theme of the old red and blue versions and added more detailed descriptions about stuff. Plus the graphics look wayyy better, i mean the trees actually look somewhat real now.

It's one of my comfort games at the moment. I turn it on, and after a while start wondering why I'm playing it, but it makes my inner child happy because it's, as General said, an upgraded version of Blue. I'll probably be done with the first Elite Four this weekend. I forgot whether you play the other half in this.
