I'm not sure how active I'll be in the next few days, since my computer has apparently become very unstable. It seems to be rebooting itself on a regular basis, just restarting on its own without me doing anything to it. This is really annoying, because often I'll be in the middle of something when it does this, and it's also quite worrying, since the last time this happened my comp ultimately died on me, and I had to get another one. Also, I haven't been really active on this forum much since it seems to be loading very slowly for me lately. I hope these two aren't connected, but even if they aren't, I probably won't be visiting much anyway if my comp dies on me again. At any rate, I thought I might give everyone a head's-up just in case I run into a worst-case scenario. |

You're not the only one, mine just started acting up again too. It took 5 minutes for it to sign into messenger and then when i was logging into the board the page screwed up.......but it seems to be working ok so far though it has been slower then usual..........and don't worry about the board, with me as Second in Command it's good hands. |

Well, it seemed to stop after a short period yesterday... I'm guessing that it may have been either / or, since my comp is set to autoscan when it restarts. It might have managed to get the virus or whatever before it rebooted... Alternatively, it could be a bad connection on the hardware itself somewhere... |

I haven't run any form of a scan in long time, but i do delete all my temp files, temp internet files, cookies and history daily. |
