Stormtroopers - 10 9. Grand Moff Tarkin - 10 10. Jar Jar Binks - 10 IGN gave me the idea for Jar Jar in one of their articles, and I agree. They said, "Since any good villain is supposed to inspire hatred, we figured Jar Jar was a shoe-in for this list. Among other qualities, he's become the poster child for everything wrong with the prequel trilogy. Classic trilogy lovers loathe Jar Jar.
