The skin looks just fine to me, but if someone can figure out a solution that is fair and equally satisfying to everyone then I'm all for it.

You can know HTML in and out, but you'll never be able to write a single program with it, as it's not a programming language. (Before you ask, HTML is a layout language, it only specifies layouts, even though you can add bits of JavaScript to give it certain functionality resembling a program.) Edit: Doing a quick Ctrl-F on the CSS didn't turn up any occurence of "1024", all I see is percentages, which means the width will scale with your window size. If you have to scroll horizontally it's probably because the banner is 1000 pixels wide. The forum won't get any slimmer than that due to the way the site is coded. Moonlight Shadow Posts: 65 Group: Members Member #268 Joined: August 10, 2008 Gender Male Innate Color Black Zodiac Sign Virgo	Um, im kinda late and all but, I recently switched to php again from my proboards site. one of my co-admins is doing wonders setting the high-tech stuff up and he seemed to successfully fix my skin width as i requested, perhaps we can get him to take a look at it. also, you can try finding a even newer screen, 2 months passed atleast since you got this skin i guess, perhaps new skins are out, you do know ofcourse different skins have different set widths. do you upload your skins or are they already in there and all you do is add em? is this a PHP, PHP2 or PHP3 board? ADDITON: Plus, this dude is like a programmer right out of college so he knows his stuff, atleast most of the major languages. He is also an Indy Game designer and is currently in collaboration with me on making a game for my site ^_^ so thats a bit of info about him so you know what kinda person youll get if you agree to receiving his help if you still require it. This forum, is not php, or at east as i am told, and yeah you just put the html for the code in the appropriate section of the acp and that's it no uploading. And we have had this skin since a few months after the board opened.

It more has to do with the actual headers, Spoiler: click to toggle since if you look at the white skin it clearly just puts blue around the banner and the banner doesn't stretch it. EDIT: but then this skin isin't dynamic like the white one so it might be let me try it out. EDIT2: Tried, as you can see it puts black on both side of banner, meaning the banner is not completely at fault, but again like i said the skin is not dynamic and will only be one width no matter the screen settings... and before it was skinny and now people say it's too wide i need a width that is nethier.
