Has anyone else seen it? Basically this town that was supposed to have been flooded out by a dam has a 'curse' during its festivals; one person dies, one person disappears. I can't explain too much about it without giving it away, but basically...characters go insane, killing and torture and gruesomeness happens. The first four or five episodes make you think it's one of the happy, comedy/nonsensical anime that seem popular. Ignore it. It doesn't last. It reappears later on in the series though, so don't get confused.
