Reindeer huntin'.

Ooh, good role. The reindeer leaves south again, and you follow it successfully. Two more turns and you're guaranteed supplies.

Meanwhile, back at your little cave, it'd seem the Capitol are fed up with Olivia considering she's only done one thing in the entire games which is grab a bag. Boo. What happens? Well, I'll be letting Silas know, but there ain't no way of Olivia herself actually finding out yet.

Silas was now well away from his resting spot, so it wasn't worth backtracking - even if he scared off the reindeer unintentionally, he may be closer to something interesting. He didn't know which direction he was heading, but if he was closer to the cornucopia, some fun could be ahead...
Thoughts aside, Silas hid behind a rock as the reindeer turned around, holding his breath. The reindeer stood still for a moment before carrying on its journey. Silas followed it again, trying to keep a constant distance from the animal.

You keep tracking Vixen for another half hour. Again undetected. It now turns west, and you follow. One more turn and you're successful.

Unsure as to where he is now, Silas carries on following the animal with high hopes. He remains as quiet as possible, glad that his stealthiness that he so hardly trained had come in use this early on. It was sure to be a great asset during the rest of the games.

1.00pm

A cannon fires.

The noise causes the deer to spot you, and it runs off... can you keep up? Yes you can! In fact, as it runs north now... you follow it right to a large sack that seems to have been left in the middle of nowhere.

The deer knocks it over, spilling a decent amount of food (in packaging) and bottles of water on the floor. You lost the deer, but you claimed the prize.

Silas looked at the sack, confused. It seemed like a bit of a coincidence that the deer had only led him to a temporary - albeit quite nice - food source, as opposed to a lasting one which would keep him safe for the entirety of the games. However, he decided to carry it with him.

Silas didn't really want to go back to his former alliance at this point, since he was more bothered about preparing himself rather than preparing someone whose life wouldn't benefit him right now. He decided to, surprisingly, head closer to the cornucopia. He had a plan...

Southwest it is then. trudge, trudge, trudge. through the snow. The going seems a lot easier now, though... so you can get to the Cornucopia in the next turn, in fact.

Silas feels he is now only a short distance from the cornucopia... time for phase one of his plan. He doesn't know how many people are at the cornucopia, but he sets a pile of arrow shafts. He also pulls out one of the steel arrow tips and, using it as a flint, attempts to create a small fire which will produce smoke to attract the people at the cornucopia - supposedly the careers.

If successful, Silas plans to move slightly around the cornucopia to prevent running into anyone looking for the fire's source, yet keeping the same distance from the cornucopia itself so he can get their as fast as possible.

Silas starts to move around the cornucopia slightly, hoping to catch anyone leaving it so he can run in and grab some things.

[[Also, can you post a list of all the objects I have at the moment considering I don't have the arrow parts any more?]]

SILAS' BACKPACK

-Blanket
-Hammock
-Three bottles of water
-A tin labelled 'beef broth'. Looks like it needs heating up
-Bag full of food/water to last 3 days. Enough to have three full meals a day, will go literally stinking mouldy after the 3 days so can't ration

((Sorry for being inactive...;\))

Olivia decides to get up and leave. She feels helpless just sitting in a cave all alone. Her warmth is regained a little. She decides to move south, down the mountain again.

However, as you reach the exit of the cave, you hit something solid and are thrown backward.

A cannon fires.

Meanwhile, no-one is leaving the Cornucopia. You're still too far away to see if anyone's even there... if you move closer, you risk getting spotted but will be able to see who's there.

Silas moves closer to the cornucopia, using his good stealth to try and prevent making any noise or being spotted by anyone who happened to be at the cornucopia.

He didn't know whether he would prefer other tributes to be there or not - it would be easier without, but if people were there, he would get more sponsors along with more satisfaction in the event of success.

Silas was starting to truly feel as though he was part of the games now.

Gonna move you to the Cornucopia. But seeing as Liv can't really do much, I'll leave passwords the same.

Liv wonders what bounced her backwards and slowly heads forward again to investigate.

You sigh with frustration, realizing that you're probably stuck in the cave because of some stupid boundary. You daringly hook a stone in your slingshot and pelt it towards the entrance, only to have it flying back towards you. You duck and sigh. Now you're going to have to find another way out of here.

It's all fine that you're protected in the cave but it's unsafe and eventually you'll die. You dig through your things, hoping to find a coil of rope or something of the like.

There is no rope.

There is, however, a loud growl behind you. You turn to see a large polar bear approaching you menacingly. Also, your stomach's starting to rumble.

You groan and drop to the ground, suddenly playing dead. You hope to God that that trick works on polar bears as well as grizzly bears.

You try playing dead... but unfortunately, the dice wants you alive this time. The polar bear snarls, and attacks... You barely manage to roll out the way in time. What do you do?

You decide to fight the bear by pelting it with rocks.

I'll imagine you use your slingshot?

...do you have a slingshot? I think you do. I can't remember. Either way...

You get it in the eye, causing it to stumble back. And now it's angry, but you get a free turn.
