It must be something like that. I know I'm not the only one who's won a contest and never received the advertised prize. Then there's also the CD's he was going to give the top (I've forgetten how many, now) posters. That's been so long ago, I've forgotten what was supposed to be on it too. I wonder if anyone has ever received any prizes from The Balcony? |
