"His loathsome pictures" referred to Charlie Chaplin.

Two more performers who changed names in midstream were Jennifer Jones and Ann Sothern.

Mr. Panzer is of course correct. Your turn to axe a question, Mr. P.

Who, me? I don't know nothin'.

Umm...

What major director first directed a horror flick released by AIP but unconnected to The Cormans?

Or here's a better one from The Czarina. Elizabeth Taylor was hired to voice the only word ever spoken by the character Maggie in the Simpsons, the one with a pacifier always in her mouth. But in this one episode, the pacifier comes out, and she says...what?

Now there's a trivia question what am.

Any "Simpsons" fan worth his salt know the answer to that one: "Daddy".

Well, that would probably, Paul, be Francis Ford Coppola and Dementia 13, yes?

New question: What was the last film to win the Academy Award for Best Picture without winning any awards for acting, directing, or screenplay?

There's lots of them. I'll name just a few (and I am including some who won Honorary Oscars).

Darryl F. Zanuck and Richard Zanuck
Henry Fonda and Jane Fonda
Walter Huston and John Huston and Angelica Huston (3 generations!)
Francis Ford Coppola and two children: Carmine and Sofia

I'll leave some room for others to add a few more.

What family (including brothers and sisters, spouses, children, grandchilren, nieces, nephews, etc.) has won the most Oscars?

That's a hard one but I guess Barrymore.

What was Ann Sothern's Broadway name?

The Oscar winning Carmine was Francis Ford Coppola's father, actually.

As best as I can determine the correct answer is the composing Newmans, with a total of 12. I thought Morty might respond to that question.

Mea culpa. I forgot the correct relationship.

Nahhh, I misread the question. Thought he was looking for father-offspring combinations.

I looked up the Newmans. Alfred had 3 kids: Thomas, Maria & David. Both David & Thomas have been nominated, but neither has won as yet.

How my mind works: I thought to myself, "The Disney family, with 26 Oscars won competitively or in an honorary manner, won the most." All 26 were won by Walter Elias Disney, but that still counts, yes?

Hey Gravy, shouldn't this be moved to The Arcade Annex with all the other games?

Gotta say, this is the first game which has captured my interest. Haven't been able to come up with a correct answer yet.

Ann Sothern's real name is Harriet Lake.

What was the first movie to have more than one song nominated for "Best Original Song"?
