You do realize you have to tell us the story now, right?

I wanna hear the story too.
It's like Rodney King used to say, "Can't we all get a bong."

Well, to make a long story short, my wife Jennie and my ex-roommate Dan were in Richard II together, he was Richard and she was Mrs. Richard, this was in college, and we all got invited to Grace Root's house for a party/reception, and Roerick, who was an alumnus, was there. So we were talking actor talk and Roerick decided he needed to show us how to take falls on stage. So here he is in this very proper living room, drunk as a hoot owl, falling down time and again. We get a little embarrassed and go to the hostess to thank her and say goodnight, and I say, "We have to go," and Roerick says "And what's worse, I'm coming with you." Things got a little confusing after that, but I do remember Roerick coming on to Dan. A long and drunken evening, and I don't even remember how we got rid of him.

Yes, reading that story once was enough. A scenario right out of everyone's worst nightmare! Thanks for sharing.

Received Genesis II and Planet Earth from Warner Archive. They are both '70s Gene Roddenberry pilots for a potential series and are the first Warner Archive titles on my "must have" list.

Picked up the two disc 70th anniversary edition of The Wizard. I hadn't intended getting it. But Wal-Mart had it for $13 and it does have a nice set of extras.

Picked up Almost Heroes which is almost good. Seriously it is a stupid movie. But then it is supposed to be stupid and is far from the only stupid movie in my collection.
