Talent competition: Screaming; looking impressed as the hero explains something; running and breaking a heel. Evening gown competition: Trapped in strange old mansion, contestants enter dining room in perfectly fitted designer gowns found in an old trunk upstairs. Each accepts a glass of wine and looks mildly worried as mysterious host and square-jawed hero banter ("I'd like to meet this so-called ghost of yours." "Be careful what you wish for, young man."). Swimsuit competition: Contestants walk back and forth in front of a blank wall; they point at and talk about the beach. Same stock shot of ocean will be cut in at random intervals. Interview question: What makes you believe your scientist father was kidnapped?
