Just a reminder that we're giving away DVDs of The Cisco Kid Collection from VCI, The Ape Man with Bela Lugosi from Sinister Cinema; East Side Kids lobby cards from In The Balcony; and autographed Ms. Monogram 2007 pictures from Ms. Monogram herself, Brenna Barry. Check www.inthebalcony.com for details on how to enter!

Thanks for The Ape Man LG. At least I hope thanks. <_< Actually as a Lugosi fan with the prerequisite ability to get at least some enjoyment out of truly bad movies I'm reasonable confident I'll enjoy it on some level.

Well, everybody, remember that you can win an East Side Kids lobby card (in color!) by sending an email with EAST SIDE KIDS in the subject line, or an autographed picture of Ms. Monogram by putting HAPPY BIRTHDAY MS. MONOGRAM in the subject line, to balconymailroom (one word) at yahoo.com. Put your name and mailing address in the email. Contest ends this Sunday. Good luck!

Thank you, I'm going to get a frame right away. I really enjoyed the EAST SIDE KIDS especially the later ones when they emphasized comedy.

I have to admit, I was a tad worried about the delay of the East Side Kids lobby card prize...particularly when the recipients of the fabulous prizes given away in the past included Sausage Gravy, Sawmill Gravy and Wavy Gravy...

But I'm pleased to hear that it's on the way. And I'm curious to see the bonus...I'm just hoping it's not King of the Park Rangers... :-)

Yeah, it's just sad when it takes longer to get a lobby card in the mail than it took to make the darn movie, iznit?!?!?

Are there any contests going on this month/quarter...however you do so? If so, just where on www.inthebalcony.com do I go to enter or see what is being offered?

Now, see, I like a guy who stands right up and says, "Where the hell's the free stuff?!?"

Yeah, I've got some DVDs to give away... I'll announce them as soon's I get the chance to. Also, we have a very special charity auction coming up, with some very special stuff. Stay tuned, Balconeers!

This thread served as a gentle reminder to me that I neglected to thank you for the Monogram lobby card, LG (Mr. Muggs Steps Out, 1945) as well as the nifty "bonus." Thanks again for the great goodies.
