Did someone say, "LIVE ACTION?" As in Rocky and Bullwinkle "live action"?

Shoot me now.

Scooby Doo was CGI.

Yeah...and then you'll be telling me that there's no Santa Claus!!! <_<

 :P

I'm just gonna have to stop posting in the middle of the night!!!

My mind was saying CGI, but my hands hit down on the word real!!!

Alright, GP, have you been riflin' the Bat-files for more jokes again?

I was gonna post the witty retort about LG also disavowing the existence of Kris Kringle. But, when I scrolled down to the next remark, I find you have somehow managed to come up with it first. Obviously the only way that is possible is you stole it from me. ;)

Ahhh Bat-FOOL!
Bat-files indeed....an oversize envelope with Milton Berle's WORST jokes as stolen by Shecky Greene.

You'd have never made it in the Catskills!!! Ya, Shleper!!!

I'm sure your blundering boy-wonder, ROBIN could have have thought of something faster than you!!

It doesn't take a mastermind darkknight detective to come up with clever gems to follow LG's comments....even your dunder-headed butler, Alfred :blink:who's greatest joy is to dust Shakespeare's bust in the conservatory and once or twice a month, switch yours and Robin's uniforms halfway down the bat-pole  could've come up with a witticism before you!!! :P

Speaking of Wally Cox, rumor has it that Marlon Brando kept Wally's ashes (and urn of course) in one of his closets because apparently Cox's widow (or possibly ex at the time) wanted nothing to do with his remains. and since Cox was Brando's best friend, Marlon became the guardian of the urn so to speak, upon Brando's passing both he and Cox's ashes were ceremoniously spread to the winds together.

Underdog and Jorel just floating around together in the cosmic afterlife.

Believe it or not

I purchased the previous Underdog cartoon sets from Classic Media; that was one of my fave shows when I was a kid. Unfortunately, the old DVDs were pretty much random collections of cartoons (including the backup stories, Commander McBragg, Go-Go Gophers, Tennessee Tuxedo, Tudor Turtle, and the others).

Thankfully, as part of the publicity for the new live-action film, Sony has released three volumes of Underdog that each contain 6 full episodes from the TV show. I watched the first one last night, and enjoyed it immensely. Simon Bar Sinister! Riff Raff! Sweet Polly Purebred! And of course Underdog himself. Fun stuff, and recommended.

The writing on Underdog was very good and like Roger Ramjet there are so many in jokes that an adult would understand but a yougster would miss. My friends who saw Underdog at the Starlite said it was pretty bad. How Bad was it. Children were leaving the cars to go and play video games or go on the slides. Yet it was number 5 on the box office list.
Does this mean Herman and Cat Nip The Movie is on its way?
