No, no plans for Terrytoons (which means no Mighty Mouse, either). I'm told the people that own them now simply think they're not worth restoring and/or transfering to digital. They're probably rotting away someplace.

I hope that DVD you have of Return of the Joker is the uncut one they released a few years after its initial release. The missing stuff was top-notch and considered too strong for a "kid's" video release. The uncut version packs an emotional wallop at times.

No substitute for a quality release. But there is at least one $1 Mighty Mouse DVD out there.

Thanks for the heads up, Marlin, have to keep an eye out for that one.

All of those PD Mighty Mouse releases have the same cartoon (Wolf Wolf) on them. It's the only truly PD Mighty Mouse short. There is also one PD Heckyl and Jeckyl cartoon (The Talking Magpies).

Thanks for that info, Rodney; at least I know I don't have a lot to look for. It's too bad there is only one PD episode of each title out there, since the chance of a legitimate release seems remote.
