Casa Negra has cancelled the release of those two films (for how long I do not know) however

However here is an article from the website cinema strikes back from September 25th below

To end on a sad note, we at Cinema Strikes Back are very disappointed to report that Casa Negra films, a division of Panik House that brought us many excellent Mexican horror films over the last couple years, appears to have canceled this week’s planned releases of The Living Head and World of Vampires. Rumors have circulated for weeks that the label has gone out of business, though that is not confirmed and we note this report from this past Sunday that Casa Negra president Michael Liuzza sent an email indicating the label was still alive (so there’s room for hope, though we have not received a response to our inquiry to the label). I have been a huge fan of the label’s Mexican horror offerings and have all my fingers crossed that they can keep going. In the meantime, in the event that Casa Negra has come to an end (or to help buoy sales while investors are deciding whether to continue the company), we highly recommend buying up the Casa Negra titles that are still available before they’re out-of-print — other than Mondo Macabro’s releases, nobody is putting out these titles with English subtitles and it may be a while before you get another chance to see these great films in quality transfers. Plus, the Casa Negra releases are Criterion-Collection-like in their quality. Losing them would be a devastating loss for fans of international films. FYI, check out the excellent blog Vampiros and Monstruos for more information on Mexican horror films and news on the fate of CasaNegra

Until then my advice would be to pick up films they have already released (if you are interested in the other titles) if in the event the label does go down hill (which is not uncommon with small specialty houses)

hope this helps out
