I got a couple of newbie questions. First of all, if there's only 224 Balconeers, as of today, howcome I'm member number 297?
 The other question, Is there a spell checker available when posting, and how do you access it?

No, it's displayed down in the fine print, below where it tells you what members are signed in. :rolleyes: I never thought about Large Marge though. That's a good enough answer for me!

By the way, "The Cat Lady" who just joined is... the ex Mrs. Gravy. Yikes! This could get UGLY. Although, as a husband, I'm kinda like Jimmy Carter... I'm much better as an "ex" than I ever was when I was "in office".... |

When I saw that the newest member of the Balconeers was "The Cat Lady," I suddenly couldn't get Martin & Lewis's "Bat Lady/Fat Lady" routine in Artists and Models (1955) out of my head. But to discover that she's a mysterious femme fatale from Gravy's past? Quel intrigue! |

I accepted the answer that Large Marge had figured significantly in the disappearance of a few members, but the counter now says there are 228 members (up 4) and The Copperhead is member #309 (up 12). Methinks sombody's counter is broken, somewhere, or maybe Large Marge has been holding initiation rites since I joined, and several prospective members didn't make the grade. :lol:
