Seems to me this was asked around here not too long ago, and I had trouble answering 'cause I don't know what a "horror" film is. Is Psycho "horror"? If so, what about M? If M, what about Strangers on a Train? King Kong has a lot of monsters in it; I wouldn't call it a horror film, though.Or even a monster movie! I wish somebody could define the term "horror picture" for me.

I guess from what is traditionally defined (whatever that means) as horror, some of my faves are: Frankenstein, Bride of Frankenstein, Curse of the Demon, Psycho, House on Haunted Hill, I was a Teenage Werewolf, Masque of the Red Death, Bedlam, The Body Snatcher, the '32 Jekyll & Hyde. There, ten off the top of my head.

"I'm glad that this question came up, because there are so many ways to answer it that one of them is bound to be right." - Robert Benchley
