Seemed simple to me. Send an email to balconymailbag at yahoo.com. Yet I've gotten maybe a dozen emails to three other balcony email accounts. We have four accounts, see, one for contests, one for the "contact us" button, one for business transactions, and a private "hotline" account. I get contest entries at ALL of 'em! Remember, you can't win if you don't follow da rules....
