Does anyone know out there if "The Big Parade" is due on DVD in the future or if it is available in Region 2?

Barrie Maxwell at The Digital Bits has a downloadable Classic Movie database and it's one of the titles mentioned as a DVD candidate this year...no street date has been announced, though.
