Sacramento hosts a French Film Festival over 2 weekends each July, and it's my favorite filmgoing experience of the year, not least of all because much of the audience is comprised of beautiful women who smell terrific. This year's show, it has been announced, will -- in addition to a wealth of recent films -- include The 400 Blows and The Red Balloon. Although I've seen both of them recently, I will be there anyway. Gonna have to talk to them about booking Le Corbeau some year... |
