Very interesting article this mornin' at http://www.ohio.com/news/top_stories/27730294.html. It's about a much-cherished movie theatre in downtown Akron, OH. As I posted in a comment to the article, my father mentioned an important event at the theatre to me once. Also, make sure you check out all three photos! |

The interior shot makes me think there must've been a one-size-fits-all blueprint for building theaters back then, because it looks just like any one of a dozen neighborhood movie houses I attended as a kid. It was a good layout for it's intended use, so why not? |
