Mouth Breather Posts: 10,351 Group: Members Member #13 Joined: September 3, 2005	I cooked Ina's mac and cheese with lobster last night, and it was tasty but the lobster was overdone by the time the mac cooked, and the whole thing was way too rich even though I cut butter and flour by 50%!!! The same luck I always have with Food Channel recipes. The problem is that those folks don't know nutrition or any other food science. The only exception is Elton Brown, who at least knows the chemistry part.

Just thought you should at least spell the names of the people you're extolling/griping about properly, Paul. To throw an alternating opinion in, a friend of mine worked with Ms. Deen on some Smithfield commercials and he said that she was an absolute peach to work with, and was a genuinely sweet lady to her cameramen.
