Reminded me to check out the web-site. Guests lined up for this year's event: CELESTE HOLM (Academy Award Winning Actress, All About Eve and A Gentleman's Agreement) JAMES BEST (Roscoe P. Coltrane from DUKES OF HAZZARD, THE TWILIGHT ZONE and FORBIDDEN PLANET) LEE MERIWETHER (needs no introduction in my book. Meow!) JOHNNY WHITAKER (FAMILY AFFAIR and TOM SAWYER) BOB HASTINGS (Lt. Carpenter on McHALE's NAVY, BATMAN and THE MUNSTERS) PATTY McCORMACK (THE BAD SEED, THE SOPRANOS and the recent FROST/NIXON) DIANA SOWLE (WILLY WONKA AND THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY) A number of movies being screened have my interest, especially the 1950s TV wrestling and Thad's annual animation showing. They are reprising the drive-in movie theater outside the hotel at sunset like they did last year. Charity auction to benefit St. Jude's Children's Hospital. I will be attending the event. Since a number of people on this message board attend MANC, anyone thought about having special badges with our screen names so we can identify each other? I am attending Cinevent this weekend but except for Rodney I know of no one else who attends Cinevent. Perhaps at MANC we can find out who else attends?
