CAPTAIN VIDEO was the first Columbia serial I saw when I was 18, and I really got a kick out of it. Yes, it is pretty schlocky, but it is one of my guilty pleasures. I still enjoy it.

Can you believe it - completed the penultimate episode of Devil Dogs this past week (and it's the second economy flashback chapter).

What's next, I wonder? I'm thinkin' Perils of Nyoka (...and the Tigermen). Haven't seen that in 20 years.

Well, upon reflection, we decided to go with... THE GREEN HORNET STRIKES AGAIN, mainly because I personally have never seen it. I have both the Restored Serial Blu-ray and the VCI DVD; will go with whichever looks better.
