First saw Edward Woodward in Breaker Morant. He added a touch of class to every role he performed.

I remember him for Breaker Morant, The Wicker Man, and The Equalizer, a tv show I really enjoyed a lot. He was fascinating to watch. Looks like he acted right up to the bitter end, too.

He was GREAT in the excellent TV show, Callan as an MI5 agent!

Also, there was a rather good movie of Callan.

He was a great actor, in addition to the shows you mentioned he had a nice role as the ghost of Christmas present in George C. Scott's version of the Christmas Carol.
