That makes one of us. There's a song by the Go-Gos that completey sums up my feelings toward Grood now: You're unforgiven So go on living Knowing that I've unforgiven you And my Thanksgiving Came the day I saw it was okay To unforgive you So yeah. No matter what he does from now until the day I die, I will never, ever even consider forgiving that bastard. He can rot in hell for all I care---and I really hope he does |

What I think is that I made the mistake of forgiving him once, even though he never even asked for forgiveness nor apologized. And what it got me was the fact that a few years later, he pulled the same crap on me. He also stole from my friends and pulled the same crap on them that he pulled on me. He also, to this day, has never even remotely shown any remorse for nor apologized for anything he has ever done. He is not worthy of forgiveness. That's what I really think. |

Well sure, he's still a jackass. What did you expect? If he's 50 plus years old and still a child, he's not likely to grow up. But why should you let that bother you? You're giving him power over you, and he's not worth it. |

Panzer, You're absolutely correct. This weekend we got our Annual satisfaction with Cliffhanger Fest 3 which was another great success and we're already laying the groundwork for Cliffhanger Fest 4. Grood is Irrelevent and by ignoring him he stays that way. Barcroft |

They don't need mail in Kentucky, no one there can read. What do they call a shoe store in Kentucky? A mirage. |

Panzer, The Theme for Cliffhanger Fest 3 was "From Comics to Cliffhangers" featuring as the centerpiece Republic's 1942 classic "Spy Smasher" starring Kane Richmond in its entirety. Also included were 31 individual chapters from serials ranging from Universal's "Tim Tyler's Luck" through Columbia's "Superman". On Thursday evening we featured one of Republic's Classic B Mysteries entitled "The Girl who Dared" starring Lorna Gray aka Adrian Booth, Edward Norris, Roy Barcroft and Kirk Alyn followed by another Republic B "The Great Train Robbery" starring Bob Steele and Milburn Stone. We also had our usual Serial Jeopardy which has been completely computerized for the last couple of years but my son in law SOB who added Audio and Video Daily Doubles to the mix this year and was enjoyed by all and was won by Pa Stark. On a sadder note we had a slideshow tribute to Mark Lomonosoff aka 39013 who passed away last year at the too young age of 40 from cancer as well as chapters from 2 of Todd Moore's Serials in which he appeared as actor Marcus Danforth "King of the Park Rangers" and "Dangers of Deborah". We're already making plans for Cliffhanger 4. Barcroft Edited by Barcroft, May 21 2012, 03:00 PM.

That is because the other team didn't show up, and Kentucky didn't score until the fourth quarter.

One of Brick Bradford's grandsons graduate from high school, the only person in the county to do so, so Brick throws a big party for him, and hundreds of people show up for it. Brick wants to show him off, so he tells, him, "Show them how smart you are, tell them the subjects you took." His grandson answers, "Well, I took English, French, algebra." Brich says, "Say something in algebra, son." "Pi r square." Brick corrects him, "No son, pie are round, cornbread are square." |
