I went to the Western Film Festival in Winston Salem this week and rummaged up a few films I have not seen. Always a treat. This starts George Sanders, Richard Denning and Gail Patrick. It has the basic 1940s mystery elements - which I love- but also has a decent story- and a new premise - murder in a Library over rare books. It runs 82 minutes- and actually has an "ending at 60 minutes- like most "B" but it goes on and I have to say the ending surprised me. If you have nor seen it, give it a try |

It's on The Fox Channel from time to time. Good cast. |
| Life is just a bowl of cherries, it's too mysterious, don't take it serious... | |
