[size=7]Super Bowl to have five-second TV delay
Associated Press

LOS ANGELES --
ABC is putting a five-second defensive line between the Super Bowl and TV viewers. The game, pregame, halftime and postgame entertainment will all be on delay.

ABC says it's the first video delay in the 40-year history of the Super Bowl.

The president of the Parents Television Council, a media watchdog group, is praising the delay of game. He says ABC has "decided to ensure that this year's Super Bowl is not hijacked by raunchy performers." The delay is an apparent echo of the Janet Jackson "wardrobe malfunction" of two years ago.

Besides this Sunday's halftime act with the Rolling Stones, Stevie Wonder will perform in the pre-show in Detroit.
Surprise, surprise.

Not surprising, a 5 second delay won't be anything.
