The Penn State Campus Weather Service has announced in its evening forecast discussion that there will be a period overnight tonight that will be completely weather-free.
The National Weather Service has not commented on this phenomenon. |

Woah...I was a non-believer...but they were right...there was no weather at all from 2am to 3am! Those forecasters are good! I'd like to meet them someday. |
