The Yanks are coming!

From BostonCannons.com: Cannons, Harvard Stadium To Host All-Star Game Again

“The 2006 All Star Game was a huge hit in Boston last year and we felt bringing it back for another year was an obvious choice,” said Gross. “We had a Nickerson Field-record crowd of 9,234 and it was an amazing event.”

For the first time ever the All Star format will pit the Eastern Conference versus the Western Conference. In 2006 MLL expanded with four teams out west and it was an unqualified success both on and off the field. Three of the four expansion teams finished .500 or better and two made the MLL playoffs. The Denver Outlaws set records for single-game attendance, season average and made it to the championship game.

It's not often All-star games get hosted by the same city twice (NFL being the obvious exception). But if that's what they want, then so be it.
