Yeah, it sure seems that way. Brady, Croyle, Merriman, Umenyiora, Tuck, Barber, and a number more that aren't jumping to mind at the moment. Marion Barber is returning, at least. I applaud him for trying to be there, but he knew he was risking this, and it probably would have been better not to risk it. |

This is why they shouldn't go to a 17 or 18 game season. But anyways, Merriman was already hurt, and definitely needed surgery before opening week but declined. |

It's part of the game. If they ever go to 17 or 18 games, I think you're going to see a push for slightly larger rosters to compensate for the length of the season and the possibility of injuries, just like you're going to see a push in MLS for larger rosters so they can compete in non-league matches. |
