Nine-time Pro Bowl safety John Lynch will formally announce his retirement on Monday at a news conference in Tampa, Fla.

Lynch will retire as a Buccaneer and a Bronco. Denver is in Atlanta for Sunday's game and some Denver representatives will attend Lynch's announcement. The Bucs will host it.

The 37-year-old Lynch was signed and released in August by the Patriots, but spent 11 seasons with Tampa Bay and four seasons with Denver.
