Free agent LeBron James has announced that he's leaving Cleveland and signing a contract with the Miami Heat. Miami has re-signed Dwayne Wade and signed Chris Bosh earlier this week. |

I'm fine with him going to a different team. I mean, there really isn't any loyalty in professional sports, either by the players or the franchise itself. My problem is that he had to do this big special which included his decision. Ego-centric much? |

Yeah, I was less than thrilled that he arranged the one-hour special. But I am not surprised that he left Cleveland. In the era of free agency, even the team with the best offer doesn't always win. It's clear that he was focused more on winning titles than he was about the money, and certainly Miami gave him a better shot at doing that than Cleveland did (did they even sign any free agents at all?). |

Anyone want a LeBron James Fathead? Apparently Cavs owner Dan Gilbert is also a major investor of Fathead, and he has lowered the price of the full-size LeBron James Fathead to $17.41 from $99.99. 1741 is the year in which Benedict Arnold was born. |
