Epic Failure
|
Every creature of Syumo starts off in a basic egg, where they grow in the safety of the shell for about six weeks. During this time, the egg should be watched carefully by the future guardians or parents for signs of hatching. Also, the egg should be kept wrapped in blankets, or in some other material to keep it as warm as possible until the hatching begins. When the actual hatching process begins it is rather hard to miss, for the egg begins to vibrate noticeably, and naturally the shell begins to fracture. At first, the cracks are small, and almost impossible to see. However, as time passes the size of these cracks increases, creating openings wide enough for the actual creature to free itself, or at least attempt to. If the hatching process starts to take more than two minutes, it is wise for a nearby being to step in, and aid in removing the bits of shells, with due care . The hatching process should take no more than five minutes total once vibrations start, though the creature will be covered in a thick, green slime afterwards. This slime should be removed as soon as possible with a source of water, or by a fellow creature’s tongue. (No worries, it doesn’t taste bad. It actually tastes sweet, though it’s rather sticky.) Once this is completed the creature should be named, and introduced to those whom are within its family, or those who will be around to handle it. Any shell remains can be discarded at this point, of course, as there is no need for them after the creature is hatched. {*Note: In rare cases, twins have been reported as hatching from eggs. In extremely race cases, triplets have been reported.} --- Now, before actually role-playing the hatching of the egg, one must PM an admin, who is listed within this topic as being apart of the hatching group. Within the PM the egg’s description must be given, and if known, the description of the creatures that gave birth to the egg. After this is sent, when the admin is on the next they will be responsible for PMing the owner of the egg back with two options as to what the egg may hatch into. {These options are randomly generated.} It will be up to the egg's holder as to which option they decide to take. {The admin must be informed of this choice.} Basically, the idea is to randomize the product of the egg, because if everyone could choose exactly what their creature was like, it wouldn’t be very interesting, now would it? Well, that’s basically all you need to know Oh, and here is the list of admins who you may contact to hatch your creature:Kate Robin When deciding who to message, please message someone who is either on, or someone who you believe will be on soon. |
