"I want an exit," Mers said smiling, he had meant to wait, timing, chance, but most of all, recon. Knowledge of this place, it's ablities, it would be helpful, in case he ever retutned to his omeworld organization, the TRCC. Such a place created millions of situations, all usable. He didn't expect this though, a square metal peice fell from the box, smashhing into the ground, it read 'Exit'. |

Hikari giggled. Well, he got an ‘exit’, just not the one he was expecting. “I think you have to be more specific” she said, still examining the bottom of her dress. This was going to be interesting, seeing how many times he asks for an exit, each time more specific than the last, seeing how long it would be until he gave up finally. That was if Mers continued trying though. “can I have another glass of wine?” she asked, watching as one appeared in the box. She lifted it happily, once more removing the mask that hid her scars. |

Mers stomped on the ground, nicking the edge of the metal, sending it up into the air, he drew his pistol and fired, sending the metal shard off and away. Sighing he holstered it, he hated these types of things. Carefully lifting the box he looked inside it, reading it again, muttering something. "I can't fool you can I?" mers asked, not expecting an aswer. |

Hikari watched as he fired at the metal, still smiling. She took a sip of her wine, hearing the faint thud as the metal shard landed. Well this day was going to get interesting, if Mers didn’t get extremely stressed and try and kill her. Actually that would be interesting, more interesting than this anyway. “so what are you going to try now?” she asked, setting the glass down next to her. |

"Well, I am going to try something else," mers said, "Haven't choosen what yet..." he sighed sittting down, he had to come up with a solution, a finisher, but he didn't want to run around in circles to get it, he watched ensigns do that with tactics. Just had to find a way to trick the system. |

Hikari looked into the distance, spotting something out of the corner of her eye. Darkness. Like in the forest one area of this place was getting darker by the second, only this time it seemed more intimidating. “Mers…” she started, her eyes never moving from the dark patch “there’s a large area of darkness over there’ she pointed to it, appearing to be slightly scared of it. What was this overwhelming fear? And why was this dark cloud only affecting one part of it? Hikari had a feeling it would have something to do with whoever had taken them there |

Mers turned and looked at it shaking his head, "Well, this is hell, I guess it is just something that is there..." he stated, then back to his tinkering, turning the box over and to the side, looking for anything else hecould use. no luck, setting it down he tried to think of the way he would get his exit, without any ofmore trouble. |

“I don’t think it’s from hell…” Hikari said. She started trembling, which was not normal for her. There was just something about the growing darkness, the feeling of evil that made her uneasy. She quickly downed the rest of her glass of wine, hoping that would maybe get rid of it. She would find comfort in being drunk, it would take her mind of everything around her. Of course, she was too unsettled to actually get drunk for once. “Maybe we should see what it is…” |

Mers saw her quivering, mumbling somethingas he set the box on the ground. Taking a moment he stretched back, adjusting his plates sohe could move quicker. Drawing his pistol he reloaded it,replacing thesingle shot he had used a few minutes ago, holding it to the sideof him he edged forward. "I'll go see what it is, you seem a little unnerved..." He said to her. |

“thank you” she said to him, seeming a little less nervous now that she didn’t have to go. Though, if he went she would be left alone, and the dark cloud could probably change where it was at any moment. No, she was just being paranoid, another thing that didn’t usually effect Hikari. This was the first time she’d been paranoid since she died and it hadn’t been something she had missed. She looked over at Mers then to the box. “you should take the box” she said |

"Why?" Mers asked, stopping and looking back. Why would he need the box? Thatcloud was most likely nothing anyway, why would he need to ask for something along the way, besides it would just slow him done anyway. "No, I'll leave it here, I won't need anything besides me..." Mers said, nodding. |

“Ok then” she nodded, a tone of fear still in her voice. She picked the box up and placed it on her knee, examining it. She knew there would be nothing new, but she could hope. She sighed again, once more covering her mouth with the mask. This day was getting worse, though it would be a lot worse if she was alone. Hikari did usually like to be alone, but in an open space where she would be totally alone, no-one anywhere would be too much for anyone. |

Mers strood towards the cloud, keeping all his senses up, waiting for anything to happen. Carefully pacing over broken rocks, fire, and brimstone henavigated his way to the shadow, getting severalyards from it before stopping. He leered into it's dark maw, trying to see what it was, he saw nothing. "What are you?" Mers asked the thing. |

Well this wasn’t at all worrying. Hikari watched Mers as he disappeared into the black cloud, still scared of what it might be in there. Nothing had made her this scared before. Nothing, not even when she was alive. Yet this thing terrified her, it sent chills down her spine. She was scared just thinking about it. And what was worst was that very fact, it had power over her, her fear could control her. “Are you sure you want to know that?’ was the reply Mers got from this entity, the black mist growing darker. |

Mers twitched his head, throwing his jaw to the right, he didn't like trivial answers, this was no exception. After a moment he stepped back, bracing his foot against the ground, "Yes, i am entirly surethat i would like to know..." He said smirking, pistol readied. Speed was always the trick when meeting people, or other entitys, haste made it easier to understand and know. |
