Greetings, Brooke!

This was obviously a heck of a round and a heck of a night! Thank you so much
for playing very hard and for being such a compelling component of our Ireland
season. I'm sure your fellow Jury members will have LOTS of questions for you
& will want to know your perspective on various rounds & such. So get settled
in . . . . and we'll see how the game plays out from here!!!
:D

I've added a FINAL WORDS topic to your Confessional, & once I have a chance,
I will post your Final Words in tonight's Tribal Council for everyone to see.

Be sure to check the "JURY HOUSE DETAILS" thread for more info about your time here.

Also . . . .

*EVERY JURY MEMBER NEEDS TO EARN THEIR SPOT TO KEEP THEIR JURY SEAT.
PONDEROSA MEMBERS HAVE BEEN INFORMED THAT IF A JUROR ISN'T ABLE TO
STAY ON THE JURY........ I WILL BUMP ONE OF THEM INTO AN AVAILABLE SPOT.*

*SO, JUST BECAUSE YOU'RE OUT OF THE GAME ~ DON'T DISAPPEAR. WE WILL
NEED ACTIVE JURORS TO COMPLETE THIS GAME
.*

*OBVIOUSLY, YOU DON'T HAVE TO LOG IN CONSTANTLY, BUT ALL JURORS NEED TO
KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON AROUND HERE ~ AS YOU WILL EACH HAVE AN IMPORTANT
VOTE AT THE END.*

* * * EACH JUROR NEEDS TO LOG IN A MINIMUM OF AT LEAST THREE TIMES EACH
WEEK AND PARTICIPATE AROUND HERE
TO KEEP YOUR SPOT IN THE JURY. IF YOU
NEED TO BE AWAY.......PLEASE INFORM ME BEFOREHAND AND WE'LL SEE IF WE CAN
WORK SOMETHING OUT. BUT NO JURY SPOT IS GUARANTEED UNLESS EACH OF YOU
REMAIN ACTIVE AND EASY TO REACH HERE IN THE JURY HOUSE. * * *

NOW . . . .

~ A few questions for you to answer as you get settled in:

1) Since I'm sure it'll be the first thing Jurors ask about, go ahead and share what you
would like to with them about any advantages that you held at any point in the season.

2) What was your plan for this Final Eight round, and what was taking place from your
perspective? Were there a lot of moving parts to the double-boot round?

3) If you had won tonight's "FLIP IT" challenge, how do you think anything about
tonight's twist might have shifted? Or would it have been a similar result?

Well hey there Jury house!!!

Alright, first the questions, then the party :P

1) Since I'm sure it'll be the first thing Jurors ask about, go ahead and share what you
would like to with them about any advantages that you held at any point in the season.

I found two advantages before being voted out tonight. The first was on my original tribe and it would have allowed me to switch tribes with any player in the game. My plan was to switch with someone on Waterford, then Dublin would throw the challenge and vote them out. Held onto it for too long though and it expired at the tribe shuffle. The second was the last one (the shamrock) and I just got voted out with it in hand. It would have allowed me to cancel one person's vote and I was going to use it, but the double boot was two separate votes and I didn't think I'd need it. #blindside. I would have taken Zeke's vote and it would have tied, though. I still would have gone. Julie flipped on me, so I was toast.

2) What was your plan for this Final Eight round, and what was taking place from your
perspective? Were there a lot of moving parts to the double-boot round?

The plan was for Rudy and Zeke to go. I tried to get them to target each other, and I thought it worked, but I guess Julie owing them for tattling on Ozzy meant they came for their payment now and Rudy is in way more control than I realized so that got me in hot water. Yay for that, I suppose...bleh.

3) If you had won tonight's "FLIP IT" challenge, how do you think anything about
tonight's twist might have shifted? Or would it have been a similar result?

If I had won the challenge, I would have been safe for at least that round haha. Todd is a wizard with images, it's insane...I think it would have gone to either Sierra or Amanda, whichever one had gone would have saved the other and I think I'd have been voted out at final 7 instead of final 8. I honestly didn't see it coming at all, and it still bugs the crap out of me...

Oh well, it's done and now we dance!

Welcome to the Jury house Brooke! Although I'm so sad to see you here!

I know the feeling of being voted out really sucks. Give yourself a few days and it gets a lot better. You seem ready to party though! We are having Fireball and Rumchata in the welcome thread so please help yourself. I brought extra so everyone can get nice and smashed!

It seems that Julie has deals going with everyone in this game. I tried to warn Sierra that Julie was who we needed to be worried about as far as Limerick staying together. I don't really know how things turned against me the last round, but it seemed like you, Amanda and Sierra were solid and Julie was the first one to flip on me, giving the other side the majority. I really don't know what happened though. My guess is that Rudy started exposing my conversations with him to everyone to try to turn everyone against me. I knew Julie was having conversations with him too though, so I still don't understand why she flipped on me. Rudy can be really persuasive though so I guess he really got into her ear. Either that or I just wasn't in her plans somehow. I didn't know if she was loyal to Limerick or Rudy/Diane so I was trying to stick close to her whichever way she decided to go, so maybe she had something with Todd/Zeke as well? So that would be pretty much everyone. lol She certainly has ruined pretty most everyone's game in the jury thus far it seems.

Anyways, I wish you were still in the game but I'm glad you're here nonethless. We've got a great crew of peeps here in Ponderosa so let's have fun and relax while we watch them battle it out with each other!

No one ever warned me about Julie, but I honestly thought she was loyal to me. We've been working together since day 1 of this game, but she would get super paranoid. I knew she was dangerous, but thinking she was with me and the danger was an asset, I didn't sweat it. I also knew that she was super close with everyone, but again, I figured that would help keep the target off me. I don't know why she'd want to see me go before final 6 which was the last round I could use my advantage and she knew that...seems silly...especially when I had NO IDEA she'd flip on me..I mean I was planning on seeing her to the end with me...but oh well. I didn't prepare for that to happen, even though it felt like something was up. I thought it was fishy, but directed at someone else.

She's playing so hard while not showing it. It's impressive, but aggravating...

Rudy is a lot busier than people realized, too. He comes off like he has no idea, but he's constantly scheming, same with Zeke. I really wanted those two here instead of Amanda and I.

It is impressive. But there's something to be said for getting to the end of this game while not betraying everyone, especially if it's unnecessary. I'm not sure if she really has a plan or if she's just figuring things out as she goes. Voting off your closest allies doesn't seem all that smart, (especially when she is the deciding vote) but the fact that it's looking like so many people considered her one of their closest allies is impressive. However, Rudy and Diane won't betray each other and I doubt Todd or Zeke will betray the other as well, so it's really hard for me to make sense of her strategy. It does seem to be working so far. We'll see how long it continues to do so. The rest of the game will definitely be interesting!

Yup. I think he can be really dangerous. He's REALLY good with words and persuasion. The day that Ozzy got voted out, he worked me all day to try to convince me to vote him out. I knew it made no sense for my game, and I had to keep reminding myself of that because he was working me HARD! I realized then how persuasive he can be. Zeke I really didn't get to know very well. I have no idea where his loyalties lie. I assumed he was tightest with Todd, but I don't know for sure. Do you think Todd/Zeke could be loyal to Diane/Rudy?

Diane is Rudy's puppy and Zeke and Todd are challenge beast bff's. Sierra approached Diane with an all girl's alliance, and I didn't trust it. Sierra was sure that Diane was voting out Rudy tonight and I didn't buy it for a second. Diane gives off the "as long as it's not me I'll vote however" vibe, but she's with Rudy all the way and Rudy has his boys with him tight. It's the whole reason my plan to pit Rudy and Zeke against each other didn't work. They had the numbers and Julie flipped for whatever reason. Zeke approached me with a final 6 of me, him, Todd, Julie, Rudy and Diane with either Rudy or Diane going at final 6 because they "need to be split up". Julie had told me about that final 6 before Zeke said anything and told me that Zeke brought that to her. I was super close to Zeke on Dublin 2.0 and even before tribes, but since merge, he stopped strategizing with me and would pop up before challenges to "check on votes". Todd would either do the same or say nothing. My talks with Rudy were just nonsense fake flirtiness back and forth and then finally we both got tired of it and talked strategy for a couple nights, and then he went back to fluff conversation. I told him Zeke was targeting him and he shut down totally saying he would have to think really hard how he would make it out of the double boot alive. Seems that he did that by targeting me instead of Zeke like I was hoping and Julie saw it as a chance to show she was loyal to them and not get picked off. She told me every round that I was her #1 and I told her everything. She's the only person I trusted fully in the game, and that's the only reason it bugs me so much that she hid all that from me. She did that when Ozzy was voted out. She said Todd made her promise not to tell me but Todd and Zeke and Rudy were all in her ear saying that Ozzy was taking me and turning on her. I guess Rudy even showed her messages between them where Ozzy said that. She was all in my inbox apologizing saying they were sure I'd have told him if I knew. Which, duh, yes I would have, but only to be sure it wasn't a blind side...there wasn't anything I could have done to stop it, but it sucks going out like that. Her strategy of getting everyone to trust her and then changing her loyalty however she needs to is getting her far, but it's leaving a lot of bad tastes in a lot of mouths apparently.

The game was so crazy from day 1, everyone has their own way of getting through it, I was just doing my best to keep the people I trusted safe as long as possible. I figure either Diane or Sierra will be joining us next, BUT Sierra may find a way to keep Julie on her side and not get picked off. She's the only one left of Limerick that's actually Pink Lady loyal, but she has no more ladies...I basically handed the finals to Julie if she had stuck with the plan, so she must have something solid in the works already or is just that confident she can get there on her own.

We will see.

I never spoke much game with Rudy...and I always tried to downplay the fact that you and I were close, because I was trying to keep it from appearing that I wanted to stick with you all the way. So, if Rudy was showing Julie things, he made them up, because the last person I'd want to talk game with is Rudy. I thought Zeke sent messages that were heavy with fluff, but Rudy's messages were basically cotton candy. They played Julie hard and I'm not really sure why she fell for it. My plan all along was to try to make it to the final 3 with you and Julie, so I'm bummed that she fell for whatever tricks they pulled on her. It's so easy to make up messages, I mean anybody can type the quote commands and put a message in between the brackets...I thought that Julie was smart enough to not fall for that.

I never wanted to take you out, and you were the one person in the game that I felt 100% confident with. I trusted you completely, so I am super bummed to see you here. :(

She told me the messages Rudy sent her quoting you saying you wanted to take me to the end and not her is what sealed it for her and why she flipped. I was really mad. I was messaging everyone asking what the hell happened, and then she pops up admitting she flipped and gave me this whole story about how you were planning on flipping and told the guys you didn't want to keep her around blah blah blah, she apologized so many times, saying they made her promise not to say anything to me bc I'd ruin the plan. And no one said a word, I was completely out of that. Same with the rest of limerick, when you said you thought cirie had flipped and that why you were going, I even told Julie that before she fessed up. I felt like such a dummy

I wish so badly that Julie would've come to me and asked me if that were true. Maybe it would've changed things, maybe not. But I can promise you, Rudy made those messages up 100%. I never once spoke of my long-term game plans with Rudy because I didn't want him to be a part of them. He played Julie HARD with that one.

They made her promise not to say anything because if she did say something, their plan may not have worked. I would've called all of them out on their bullshit.

Oh, I believe you. I told her it made no sense. It really was the most random story ever, but if I had heard anything about it, damn right I would have said something and it would have been super messy lol. I was really surprised she'd do that to me, too when I told her absolutely everything, same as you. But, in the end, she fooled me twice and I'm here so shame on me.

I really have no idea where her loyalties are, but if she can pull it off and make it to the end, then I'll be super impressed. I have nothing but respect for her even if she did pull the wool over my eyes lol.

Sad you're here, Brooke, but glad that you've entered the party palace! :)

If I can't play the game anymore, I'm so happy I can be on jury with you guys. I already have so many questions for everyone left in the game and I will be interested to see who else winds up here. :) man, this game is too much fun :)

Ya'll talk a lot...

1) Hi Brooke, sad to see you here yet happy to a point since I felt betrayed by you on the Bubba vote. I considered you and him my 2 closest so that stung.

2) Zeke/Todd are strong in challenges and its keeping them alive.

3) Rudy plays the old man, please help me but I see him as being superrrrr strategic....hence why he's still there. I think he has people doing what he wants, its impressive.

4) Julie and I thought were bonding but after reading above...seemed that she's playing everyone so she's doing well to be Final 6...same as Sierra.

I'm interested to see what happens now at F6..

Todd/Zeke vs. Diane/Rudy vs. Sierra/Julie...where do Sierra and Julie go at vote time. Do they side with the men or side with the Man and Man's Best Friend....

<3 you all....this was a fun game.
