Greetings, Diane!

Thank you so much for investing so much of yourself in the experience of this game
and this season! Hope you had a blast and got everything out of it that you wanted!
Obviously so close to the end, but also getting to F3 is one heck of an accomplishment
and you did a great job! Have fun in the Jury and catching up on things as everyone
has varying opinions about things....... and it should be a fun Finale on Sunday!
:D

I've added a FINAL WORDS topic to your Confessional, & once I have a chance,
I will post your Final Words in tonight's Tribal Council for everyone to see.

Be sure to check the "JURY HOUSE DETAILS" thread for more info about your time here.

Also . . . .

*EVERY JURY MEMBER NEEDS TO EARN THEIR SPOT TO KEEP THEIR JURY SEAT.
PONDEROSA MEMBERS HAVE BEEN INFORMED THAT IF A JUROR ISN'T ABLE TO
STAY ON THE JURY........ I WILL BUMP ONE OF THEM INTO AN AVAILABLE SPOT.*

*SO, JUST BECAUSE YOU'RE OUT OF THE GAME ~ DON'T DISAPPEAR. WE WILL
NEED ACTIVE JURORS TO COMPLETE THIS GAME
.*

*OBVIOUSLY, YOU DON'T HAVE TO LOG IN CONSTANTLY, BUT ALL JURORS NEED TO
KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON AROUND HERE ~ AS YOU WILL EACH HAVE AN IMPORTANT
VOTE AT THE END.*

* * * EACH JUROR NEEDS TO LOOK OVER THE PINNED TOPICS AND BE AWARE OF
YOUR SPECIFIC TASKS AND DEADLINE TO KEEP YOUR JURY STATUS. I SUGGEST IF
ANYONE IS UNCLEAR ABOUT ANYTHING, ASK ME NOW INSTEAD OF WAITING UNTIL
ANYONE'S FLIRTING WITH BEING REPLACED. BUT NO JURY SPOT IS GUARANTEED
UNLESS YOU EACH REMAIN ACTIVE & EASY TO REACH HERE IN THE JURY HOUSE. * * *

NOW . . . .

~ A few questions for you to answer as you get settled in:

1) What was your favorite thing about Fallen Comrades? And were you holding back
and thinking strategically about it? Or was it more about getting things off your chest?

2) What was the pivotal moment of the season for you? Was it a specific merge
round? Or was it deciding to switch tribes during the F14 two-person swap twist?

3) What were the conversations like during the Final Three round.......
........and how often did you change your mind and thought process?

Hi Diane,

I'm really sorry to see you here. We all have so many questions but I'll let the others go first.

Drinks all around on me!

Hi Diane!
I hesitate to say "Welcome" because while you Are welcome here,
I am guessing right now you are really Really wishing you one of those other two were here instead!

But once you have time to process, I would love to hear your answer to Brobst's Question number 3 above. I bet it was a roller coaster!

Meanwhile, Rudy has poured you a drink and here's a enveloping squishy hug!

Thanks again, Brobst.
Hello everyone. Not the place I really wanted to be, but I know I have a few friends here. :)

1) What was your favorite thing about Fallen Comrades? And were you holding back and thinking strategically about it? Or was it more about getting things off your chest?

Favorite thing about Fallen Comrades was to see the common thread the three of us had with several other players and the chance to appreciate all who I worked with and didn't work with. We all had a game to play - some more fierce and other laid back. I did feel like I held back a little, as pre-cautionary. Not wanting to get ahead of myself and making it feel as an opening statement.

) What was the pivotal moment of the season for you? Was it a specific merge round? Or was it deciding to switch tribes during the F14 two-person swap twist?[/COLOR]pre- tribe was huge for me. I really made some nice connections right off the bat with many of you. Deciding to jump and swap at the F14 was a great and important move. I do feel it was pivotal. Getting back to "the guys" along with Rudy in my pocket was a big part of how I got here. We were fighting low numbers on Limerick & soon there would be 2 new people who could switch up where I stood in the tribe. I wanted to make the decision for myself, I wanted that control. I felt we had a crack in our tribe, certainly there was at least 1-2 cracks in Dublin. Once the merge happened - it felt like there were so many people to stand behind and protect myself. people were placing targets on themselves. I didn't have to make "big moves", I made relationships. I feel that is what carried me to the F3. I made sure people felt comfortable and that someone was listening to them and cared. And I did. I tried to play the "loyal and social" game, knowing there would be flippers & super strategists and challenge beasts.

3) What were the conversations like during the Final Three round,
and how often did you change your mind and thought process?

Final three round- huh. Interesting you should ask. When I approached each of them, Julie was ready to talk and conflicted. Her response to me was I would be easier to beat. Todd was more of a threat because he won challenges. Keep in mind she and I had a conversation weeks ago about me not wanting to talk a "goat" to the end. I would hope if I made it that far, I'd sit next to the best. She feels she was the underdog & had to fight to stay in because so many people had a person they were super connected with. She also felt she pissed off alot of people and nobody will vote for her. B-O-O-H-O-O (Breakfast Club reference) She wanted a pity party & I wasn't giving it to her.

Todd wasn't saying much, which told me everything I needed to know. He was voting with Julie. Last night I messaged him with everything I had to help him realize, Julie will win this game. He's playing the loyalty game, too. What I said resonated with him, but not enough to get him to vote with me & I knew that. I tried to show him, he had a better chance at winning this game with me than her. If he sat at the end with her, the jury more likely vote a player for their strategy, not immunity skills. I save the convo in my confessionals for your viewing pleasure.

I changed my mind about a hundred times of who to vote for. Pros & cons for both of them. In the end if I voted Julie it would have been a three way tie. But, I was really risking and hoping that Todd would have rathered had an underdog story with me. But, in the end I voted for Todd, because I wanted my shot against the better player and defend MY underdog/hero story. Yep, I would have hammed that up big time. lol

Hello Rudy, Sierra, and Joel. I definitely need a drink or three. I've missed you all...for real. Sierra, I had been trying to get you out since we were in Limerick. You fought your way through this madness, you're a great player! <3

Rudy....Julie said you & she had a F2? Huh....sneaky.

Joel...I really wish we could have made something happen, it just seemed you weren't around enough and it was difficult to communicate with you. :(

Great stuff Diane! I was really pulling for you to convince Todd it was in his best interest to take you to F2, but I also considered it the dark horse of the three possible options.

You don't think any less of me for keeping my options open, do you?

Besides I never promised you F2. I promised F3 :ph43r:

Thanks Rudy. I was hoping for the 2 UTR players to get to the end and make it a tough choice for the jury to decide the winner. He wasn't having it. I'm not sure if he was that confident or what but, it was as if he was robotic in his answers with me most of the game. Rarely showing his feelings or emotions and when he did it was almost like pulling teeth.

Keep your opinions open, no worries. ;) lol

I could swear you said F2 with Bubba as the F3. I guess it didn't really matter. lol

Diane <3 I'm sad to see you here, but with the way things have been going and what I've heard since coming to the jury house, I get it, too. Still really sucks, but man did you play a great game! Julie was always the blunt or sob story type, but if I thought it'd be targeted at me I wouldn't have been sitting here for so long lol. I wish we could have worked together, I wanted to so bad in the beginning of merge and it just never did work out. I know a lot of that is my fault, so I'm sorry.

Brooke! I do love you and fear you. Julie told me you had the shamrock advantage, was that true? if so what was it and did anyone else know about it? Also, she said you said a few things at F6 that made her worried and not trust you. What was it?

I wish we could have figured out a way to work things out. Our communications just never seemed as natural as a few others. Darn that Julie. lol Not your fault, you played the best game you could at that point, we all did.

I'm not going to have enough time to go back & read everyone's notes in the jury house. I'm sorry guys. I'll do my best though!

You're right. Doesn't matter now.

I missed you but I didn't want to talk to you again until after FTC. But, I'm also glad you're here to share some morning coffee for a couple more days.

How did it go right after my Exit? Did you really not know I was going home?

I had two advantages in the game. The first one expired at the swap and the second one left the game with me because I thought the first double vote was a lock (and obviously I didn't think it was me) HOWEVER...if I had used it, I'd still have gone, so oh well.

The first advantage was I could switch tribes with anyone (during the first tribes) and I was planning on targeting your tribe or Cork and then Dublin would throw the challenge and vote whoever I swapped with out. Couldn't get them comfortable with the idea fast enough and I didn't want the same thing to happen to me, and then at the swap it went away.

The second advantage allowed me to void anyone's vote at TC. I was planning on using it at the double if it was one big vote with the two highest going, but when it was announced they were separate, I told Julie I wouldn't use it and team pink wanted to vote Rudy so I did. I wanted to vote Todd out first, not Rudy, but everyone was set on Rudy going before Todd and so I went with that and didn't use the vote steal bc there was no reason.

I have no idea why she would have lost trust in me, that's ridiculous. I was with her completely the entire game, she's the one who voted out Ozzy and lied to my face about it. Blamed it on Todd and Rudy, and I told her I'd give her a second chance (I'm an idiot, I know)...but me wanting Todd out when he was winning immunity after immunity and she'd never said a word to me about working with him or keeping him is just the silliest thing. That's the only thing I could think of, though. Her fallen comrades thing to me was surprisingly cold and confusing after everything we'd talked about and being together...or "together" I guess...the whole time. I'm not sure what that was about.

Oh and I only ever told Julie and Ozzy about my advantages, no one else.

No. I really thought Julie was with us. She told me she felt like shit after the vote. And cried when you wrote her that last PM. <_<

So for me, I didn't stick around much. She and the guys apologized to me. I had to take the high road & not show how pissed I really was. lol

I worked that whole round to get the vote on Todd and I thought it worked for a while, too. I told Julie several times that it was way more important for him to go than for Rudy to be the vote. She seemed to be totally on board with it and I thought it was all set, but everyone was acting weird, so I tried to check on and off...bleh. It was a crappy round for many reasons.

I probably should have seen it coming when I was voted out actually, but I had no idea.

I wonder what else she told people about me, it seems like I've got a bad name without understanding why.

Crocodile tears? Maybe... then again maybe not. Julie is allegedly human after all.

Yeah... It would not have done much good for you to burn down the house in anger at F3.

OK then. I'm off to dreamland. Happy dreams to you Diane and all the rest of our little jury family.

:)
