Powers

Mastery of Earth (Transform, Manipulate, Force Blast) 5: She is capable of transforming into a stone form (technically her real form), and manipulating mineral elements around her and using them offensively. 500 XP/lvl
>Shapeshifting (Only between Stratan and Human Forms) 10: Technically, her stone form is her real form. Turning into a human form is a power all on it’s own, by manipulating her mineral self to have the same texture and feel of a human. 50 XP/lvl

Stratan Physiology: She doesn’t actually have blood, so she can’t bleed to death, though she does have vital organs, of a sort. She can also breathe a variety of different gases at lower levels, but still has to breathe. 600 XP

Skills

IQ 5: Terra is of above average intelligence. 500 XP
General Knowledge: She has knowledge equivalent to a human high school, including math, the sciences, and thanks to Lexcorp, the basics of English Literature and human history. 150 XP
Scientific Knowledge (Geology) 5: Being intrinsically bound with the Earth, she has intricate knowledge of rocks, rock formations, and so on. 100 XP/lvl
Pressure Points 2: She has been trained in some basic self-defense to incapacitate an opponent, if need be. 300 XP/lvl
Targeting (All) 1: She has received some training leading targets, and has shown to be proficient in using her Geokinesis and conventional weapons. 250 XP/lvl

Challenges
Stratan (Alien): She is from another society, and though sent as an ambassador, if her identity were found out, perhaps she would be thought different of… 400 XP
Psychological: Naďve to a degree, the concept of betrayal is foreign to her. Thus, she is, at times, very easy to take advantage of. 250 XP
Psychological: Almost an aftermath of the first, she is rare among Stratans for being very emotionally developed… and as such, these emotions sometimes flare out of control, particularly anger and grief. 250 XP
Guilty Conscience: She doesn’t like deceiving others who believe her to be completely human, and also feels she is not fulfilling her duty to her people… but trusts Luthor enough to know what he’s doing. 300 XP
Lost Sense (Smell): Stratans simply don’t have a sense of smell, which although not the most critical of senses, means she cannot smell fire, smoke, poisonous gases, et cetera. Likewise, her sense of taste is weaker in response. 400 XP

Origin

Deep beneath the Earth’s crust live the Stratans, a race of mineral-based lifeforms who were introduced to Earth via the Cretaceous extinction event, the same meteor that killed all the dinosaurs introducing their earliest ancestors to the Terran environment.
They would eventually evolve, though they could never compete against the terrestrial creatures on the surface. Being made of minerals, any remains they left behind would be ignored simply as dirt and rock by any scientists, allowing them to remain unknown to the population of man above… but not vice versa. As the Stratan civilization came into being, reaching the equivalent of Earth’s 16th Century around the same time the Western Roman Empire began to fall, they began to explore the surface once more, although what few encounters they had with the humans was never more than a skirmish.
The Stratans continued their underground existence, stagnating to a degree once they reached a level of technology similar to modern Earth. They have recently begun to explore their “mineral genetics,” and their latest project was to create a “hybrid” of human and Stratan… Atlee. It was also discovered she could manipulate geomorphic fields, including her own.
She was sent up to the surface, to act as a scout and diplomat to the surface world, where she was found by Lexcorp. They took her in, and informing her that not all the world would be accepting as they, decided to give her a cover story as Tara Markov, a human metagene from Eastern Europe (this was to help with her “Stratan” accent). She has recently been placed as Lex Luthor’s go between with the Teen Titans as stage manager. Although unsure of how she fits into the human world, she still tries to do good, and trusts Lex Luthor… for better, or for worse.

Alrighty then lets take a look see:

while it still works out your XP count is off

you've used 5600 xp (not 4000) and that does leave you with none remaining

anyway everything looks good so just change the XP usage parts and it will be ready to be put up by a manager!
