ExarArcian![]() Personal Info Name: Garth Alias: Tempest Race: Atlantean Gender: Male Age: 18 Height: 5’10” Weight: 235 lbs. Hair: Black Eyes: Pure Purple Alignment: Neutral Good Personality: Garth is a bit of a loner, and most at home in the open ocean. Although pleasant enough, he shuns crowded situations. Introverted, but by no means shy, and sometimes a bit pessimistic or bitter... but given his history, that's understandable. Team: Secret Origin: Atlantean (Alien, No Discounts) Statistics Total Experience gained: 0 Experience points left to use: 0 Experience Points used: 5600 Strength: 4 Agility: 2 Accuracy: 2 Durability: 3 Will Power: 4 Powers Atlantean Physiology: Garth is not only capable of surviving in an underwater environment just as well as on land (more or less), he also has a superhuman stamina thanks to his “gifted” blood. 1500 XP ---Super Swimming Speed: Although not as fast as the deep’s greatest swimmers, Garth can still swim faster than the average Atlantean. 350 XP ---Self Contained Lifeform (Not Affected by Environment, Common Power Loss): When underwater, Garth is not affected by pressure change, the cold waters of the ocean depths, or the heat from geothermal vents. However, should he not be underwater, he loses such protection. 100 XP ---Superhuman Senses (Common Power Loss) 2: His senses under the sea are vastly superior to most, however, he loses these super senses should he on the land, as they are attuned to the visual wavelengths and sounds of underwater. 50 XP/lvl ---Natural Fighter 1: His gifted blood makes him a naturally good combatant in hand to hand fighting. 150 XP/lvl Perfect Aim (Skilled) 2: He’s trained himself even further, allowing him to hit targets close up and far away with great accuracy. 125 XP/lvl Skills IQ 5: Garth is decently intelligent, able to understand a fair amount of the magical texts he reads, for example. 500 XP General Knowledge: He has a general knowledge of basic scientific principles, math, and so on… more or less the equivalent of a surface High School. 150 XP Arcane Knowledge 5: He has secretly read ancient scrolls of Atlantean magic, trying to learn of his heritage, and has gained knowledge of magic rituals in the process. 100 XP/lvl Fighting Skills 10: Having fended for himself for so long underwater, he has needed to learn to be an expert combatant, lest he should be torn apart by savage beasts. 200 XP/lvl Challenges Atlantean (Alien): Garth is from the underwater kingdom of Atlantis. 400 XP No Secret Identity: Garth doesn’t really have an identity to hide… he is who he is, and wears no mask. 500 XP Semi-Lost Sense: Garth is not blind, but he is partially color blind. Blue and green colors both fade to monochrome with him. 200 XP Slightly Non-Human Appearance: Garth has pure, purple colored eyes. 200 XP Disgrace: Because he has chosen a life of violence to protect, his own people shun him, and most Atlanteans are wary of him for his purple eyes. 300 XP Inventory Occupation: Money: Items: Weapons: Costume: Transport: Origin Garth is not actually from Atlantis, but another underwater city, an Atlantean colony known as Idyllia. Idyllists shunned the almost militaristic society of Atlantis, and instead focused on the arts, the sciences, and mystical study. Violence was never an option for Idyllist, so they crafted great defenses. Garth himself is of interesting origin, and many, himself included, even know what it is. Garth was the product of an affair between the princess of Idyllia and a travelling sorcerer. When it was discovered that she was pregnant, months later, the king ordered the child be killed, aborted, and the princess exiled. This was not considered violence, as Atlantean faith did not deem a fetus as “alive.” And so it was. However, the Sorcerer had foreseen such an outcome, and returned days earlier. After the death inside of the princess’ womb, the sorcerer found her and, using his magic, brought the child back to life. When Garth was born months later, though, there was ethereal “backlash,” killing his mother. The father, struck with grief, decided that twice had this child cursed them, and would do so no more… “disposing” of the child amidst the ocean floor. And yet, somehow, Garth managed to survive. Perhaps those first few years it was the magic in his veins that did it, but he would grow, and become strong, fast, and able, moreso than most Atlantean men. However, even when he enters cities, he is shunned. Because he makes no effort to hide his “barbaric” ways, hunting and killing to survive, the Idyllists have no use for him. As for the Atlanteans, many shun him for his strangely purple eyes. Despite his hardships, he still feels a (almost reluctant) need to help those in need, and has recently decided to do just that. The "Semi-Lost Sense" thing was run by Jon, as I am want to do. Mix of "Minor Disability" and "Lost Sense." And as a note on the physiology, none of his powers are "non-negateable" through it. |

Alright most everything on the powers looks okay except perfect aim, it actually costs 150/level (75 + 75 for skilled). Anyway that means you are at 5650 (fifty over what you have) so change the xp per level of that power and get rid of fifty somewhere and it will be ready to throw on up ^^ |
