Level:8 Cost: 800 Total Cost: 800 Overall total cost: 800 Easy Learner: Harley is capable of grasping onto certain subjects and learning them very quickly and rapidly. Cost: 200 Total Cost: 200 Overall total cost: 200 High School Graduate: High School was very easy for Harley, and she passed all her classes with flying colors. Level:no Cost: 150 Total Cost: 150 Overall total cost: 150 (120 due to Easy Learner bonus) Medical Knowledge: Harley knows quite a bit about psychiatric medicine, showing great promise in the field before she went off the deep end herself. She knows quite a bit about standard medicinal practices as well. Level:8 Cost: 100 Total Cost: 100 Overall total cost: 800 (640 due to Easy Learner bonus) Scientific Knowledge (Psychiatry): The mind and how it functions, on a psychological level, was Harley’s greatest love before the Joker. She is incredibly skilled at dissecting what people mean by what they say. 16% off applicable powers. Level:8 Cost: 100 Total Cost: 800 Overall total cost: 800 (640 due to Easy Learner bonus) Fighting Skills: Harley has, in her short time in crime, become quite adept at Fighting, becoming a decent combatant, and quick in her strikes. Level:5 Cost: 200 Total Cost: 1000 Overall total cost: 2000 Acrobatics: Harley had a scholarship for Gotham University for gymnastics, having done it all through high school and having been one of the top gymnasts within the state, and could have gone for it professionally had she not gone for a career in psychiatry instead. Level:7 Cost: 100 Total Cost: 700 Overall total cost: 1000 Pressure Points: Harley, though strong for a girl her size, found it prudent to figure out where to strike someone to take them out with a minimal amount of effort, finding nerve clusters and stunning them, or outright shutting them down. Level:4 Cost: 300 Total Cost: 1200 Overall total cost: 3000 Stealth: To escape the police frequently, she’s had to learn how to keep quiet and out of the way, even when decked out in red spandex. Level:3 Cost: 150 Total Cost: 450 Overall total cost: 1500 Targeting (Any Weapon): She’s made it a goal to try to learn how to wield anything with deadly force, just in case the need arises. From knives to bottles to giant novelty hammers. Level:3 Cost: 150 + 100 = 250 Total Cost: 750 Overall total cost: 2500 Weapon Skills (Any Weapon): She’s taken to ranged weaponry, thrown and fired, with a natural ease, able to hit targets from a distance with little training. Level:1 Cost: 125 + 175 = 300 Total Cost: 300 Overall total cost: 3000 Challenges Psychological: To say she likes the Joker is an understatement. She is madly in love with the Joker, and will put up with just about anything from the deranged individual. Even if she leaves for a short while, she’ll soon be back with her “pudding.” Essentially: she needs attention. Good or bad, as long as she’s getting it. XP Worth: 250 XP Outlaw: Not only did she set free the Joker, but she’s become his partner in crime. Robbing everything from banks to parked cars won’t get you on the good side of the law. XP Worth: 350 XP No Secret Identity: She makes little to no effort to hide her real identity, her “alias” just a play on her own name. The costume is more for show than anything else. XP Worth: 500 XP Only Human: Even though you wouldn’t think it, the woman who loves the Joker is JUST human, and not super-powered in anyway. XP Worth: 1500 XP Traitor/Disgrace: She did not paint Arkham Asylum or her University in a good light when she freed the Joker, and it was revealed had been having an affair with her patient. To say the least, the Gotham Psychiatric community has shunned her completely. XP Worth: 300 XP Inventory Occupation: Money: Items: Weapons: Costume: Transport: Origin There was nothing exceptional about Harley Quinn up until Medical School. Before that, she had been a bright, attractive, athletic girl who lived in Gotham. Attending Gotham State under their psychiatry program, she studied under a Dr. Odin Markus. Proving to be an exceptionally bright student, she worked with Dr. Markus on a number of unofficial “blind” experiments, at least one resulting in the death of a student, but justified in the name of better understanding the human mind. A few years into her schooling (and an affair with Dr. Markus) she heard of the Joker’s incarceration on the news, and witnessing the footage of his psychiatric sessions, felt she “truly understood” him and pleaded with Dr. Markus to work on the Joker at Arkham. After graduation she was transferred to Arkham for her residency, and quickly proved herself more than capable of dealing with Gotham’s usual brand of insane, allowing her access to the far more dangerous “Joker.” Upon their first meeting, Joker had been quiet (as he had been in all recent sessions) up until she insisted he call her “Harley Quinn,” flirting with him. As she moved closer, the Joker strangled her, but upon seeing her positive reaction (as opposed to the usual), he stopped, saying it was “a joke.” The two began an affair which reached it’s peak when Harley freed the Joker from Arkham, leaving with him, to start a new spree of crime throughout Gotham. |

ok, just a few basic things, nothing too big. Your math is slightly off, you spent 6800, not 6830, so you have another 100 xp to spend, dont know if you want to use it or not, so i'm giving you the chance to do so now. also, the desriptions for weapon skills and targeting skills are a bit off. I think you may have accidentily gotten them backwards. Lastly, with the description you've given for no secret identity, im a bit hesitant to approve that. Could you make it seem more like a hinderence to her then just the basic "she doesnt keep her identity secret" since it is supposed to be a challenge and make life harder for her? Perhaps something simple about the cops being able to recognize her on sight or she cant put her name down for any kind of perminant residence since they would come after her? Thanks ^^ |

Fixed everything that needed to be fixed. As for her secret identity, I assumed that was a given... if people see her, they know who she is. Kind of what the point to the no secret identity thing is.![]() Personal Info Name: Harleen Francis Quinzel Alias: Harley Quinn Race: Human Gender: Female Age: 28 Height: 5’4” Weight: 115 lbs.
